Day 1

Arrival in Manali Arrive in the popular hill station of Manali, nestled in the Kullu Valley. Spend your day exploring the local markets, visiting the Hadimba Temple, and enjoying the stunning views of snow-capped peaks. The evening is perfect for a leisurely stroll along Mall Road, soaking in the vibrant mountain town atmosphere.

Day 2

Sightseeing in Manali and Drive to Kasol After breakfast, visit key attractions such as Solang Valley, known for adventure sports like paragliding and zorbing. Later, drive to Kasol, a peaceful village situated on the banks of the Parvati River. Kasol is famed for its relaxed vibe, scenic beauty, and the gateway to the trekking trails of the Parvati Valley.

Day 3

Exploring Kasol and Nearby Villages Spend the day exploring Kasol and nearby villages such as Chalal and Tosh. Enjoy the lush landscapes, visit quaint cafes, and experience the local Himachali culture. Nature lovers can take short treks or simply relax by the river, appreciating the tranquility of this hidden gem.

Day 4

Transfer to Tirthan Valley Leave Kasol and journey to the untouched Tirthan Valley, known for its clear rivers and serene environment. In the afternoon, explore the village or take a gentle walk along the riverbank. The peaceful atmosphere is perfect for unwinding amid nature’s calm.

Day 5

Trekking and Nature Walks in Tirthan Valley Engage in a guided trek through the Great Himalayan National Park or visit nearby waterfalls and villages. This day offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and biodiversity of the region, with chances to spot rare wildlife and enjoy panoramic mountain views.

Day 6

Departure After breakfast, bid goodbye to the mountains and begin your return journey. Take with you unforgettable memories of diverse landscapes, from lively hill stations to tranquil valleys.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
