Day 1

Arrival in Manali and Local Exploration Arrive in the lovely hill station of Manali, set amidst the majestic Himalayas. After settling into your accommodation, spend the day visiting iconic spots such as the Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, and the bustling Mall Road. The pleasant weather and scenic surroundings make for a relaxing introduction to the region. Enjoy the evening at leisure, soaking in the mountain town’s laid-back vibe.

Day 2

Manali to Jispa via Baralacha Pass Set out early for an adventurous drive to Jispa, crossing the breathtaking Baralacha Pass, known for its panoramic views of rugged terrain and glaciers. En route, stop at the tranquil Suraj Taal, a high-altitude lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks, perfect for a peaceful break and photographs. Arrive in the picturesque village of Jispa, nestled in the valley, where you’ll relax amidst pristine nature.

Day 3

Jispa to Kasol – Heart of Parvati Valley After breakfast, travel to Kasol, a charming village popular for its serene beauty and vibrant culture. Explore the Parvati Valley’s stunning landscapes, take a riverside walk along the Parvati River, and visit nearby quaint villages such as Chalal. Kasol’s cafes and friendly atmosphere make it a perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature and local life.

Day 4

Kasol to Tosh – Explore the Mountain Hamlet Head to Tosh, a small and scenic village perched on the edge of the Parvati Valley. Known for its breathtaking views and peaceful environment, Tosh offers excellent trekking trails and a chance to experience authentic Himachali village life. Spend the day hiking, exploring the surrounding forests, and enjoying the stunning mountain vistas that make this place a hidden gem.

Day 5

Return to Manali and Departure After a leisurely morning in Tosh, start your journey back to Manali. Use the remaining time to relax or shop for souvenirs in Manali’s local markets. Later, proceed to your onward destination with lasting memories of your Himalayan adventure filled with diverse landscapes and cultural experiences.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
