Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Auckland
Upon landing in Auckland, also known as ‘The City of Sails,’ a welcoming local representative will be on hand to assist you upon arrival by coach. They will facilitate a seamless transfer to your hotel. If you are arriving by car, you can collect your rental vehicle at the airport and proceed to your accommodation. Relax and unwind with a comfortable overnight stay in Auckland.
Day 2: Auckland to Rotorua via Waitomo
Travel south through the picturesque Waikato region to arrive at Waitomo. Explore the famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves with a guided tour, where you will cruise on a boat under a breathtaking sight of countless glow worms illuminating the cave ceiling. Following this magical adventure, your journey continues over the scenic Mamaku Ranges, guiding you to the lively city of Rotorua.
Day 3: Rotorua
Embark on a journey to discover the wonders of Te Puia Thermal Reserve, witness the entertaining Agrodome Farm Show, and marvel at the abundance of trout and wildlife at Rainbow Springs. The afternoon will offer you the opportunity to unwind and indulge in leisure activities at your own pace.
Day 4: Rotorua to Napier
Today is a day dedicated to relaxation and unwinding. In the afternoon, you will embark on a journey to Napier, traveling south through the beautiful Wairakei Geothermal area. Passing through Taupo, you will drive around a section of Lake Taupo, which is the largest lake in New Zealand. The scenic route will take you across stunning mountain ranges and well-maintained farmlands before arriving at the delightful ‘Art Deco’ city of Napier. Your accommodation for the night will be at a hotel in Napier.
Day 5: Napier
Today, you have the opportunity to freely explore the picturesque town of Napier. In the afternoon, treat yourself to a delightful wine tour where you will visit and enjoy tastings at three local wineries. Your evening accommodations will be at the luxurious Napier hotel.
Day 6: Napier to Wellington
Experience a delightful journey on this day as you travel through the stunning landscapes of Manawatu Gorge and the picturesque Takapau Plains. Your next destination is Palmerston North, famous for its esteemed agricultural university. Continuing your journey southward, you will soon reach Wellington, the vibrant capital city of New Zealand. Unwind and relax with an overnight stay at a hotel in Wellington.
Day 7: Wellington to Christchurch (Make Your Own Arrangements)
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a charming Wellington city tour in the morning. This tour is available for guests traveling by shared coach. Later, catch a domestic flight to Christchurch (please be aware that the airfare is not included).
Day 8: Christchurch to Dunedin
Embark on a scenic journey south through the picturesque Canterbury Plains to reach Dunedin, a city known for its rich Scottish heritage. Explore the abundant local wildlife and visit the prestigious Otago University during your stay at a hotel in Dunedin.
Day 9: Dunedin to Queenstown
Today, you have the day free to partake in optional activities at your leisure. Later in the day, we will leave Dunedin and head inland, traversing the picturesque towns of Lawrence and Clyde before reaching Cromwell. Our journey takes us through the stunning Kawarau Gorge, leading us to Queenstown in the early evening. You will be accommodated at your Queenstown hotel for the night.
Day 10: Queenstown
Today presents a day of relaxation, with a variety of optional activities available for your choosing in Queenstown. Exciting experiences such as bungee jumping, jet boating, white-water rafting, gondola rides, and more await (please be aware that these optional activities are not covered in the tour package). Enjoy your evening at the Queenstown hotel.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
