    Day 1: Arrive In London

    Upon arrival at Heathrow International Airport, our tour manager will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, take the opportunity to explore the various attractions that the city has to offer. Today’s itinerary includes visits to Madame Tussauds and a ride on the London Eye to take in the stunning views of the city. Afterwards, return to the luxury hotel for an overnight stay. Enjoy a night of relaxation and comfort at a prestigious hotel in London.

    Day 2: London Full-Day Tour

    Begin your day with a quick breakfast before embarking on a full-day tour of the city aboard the Hop On Hop Off Bus. This open-top double-decker bus provides a sweeping panoramic view of Central London, allowing you to visit key attractions such as the Tower of London, the Crown Jewels, The British Museums, The National Gallery, and Buckingham Palace. You can also opt for a leisurely stroll along the River Thames or partake in a scenic river cruise.

    Notable landmarks to explore during your tour include the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Downing Street, and St. Paul’s Cathedral. As the day comes to a close, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Leicester Square, where you can discover a plethora of iconic restaurants, cinemas, and pubs.

    Conclude your day by spending the night in London, soaking in the city’s rich culture and history.

    Day 3: Around London

    Today, following breakfast, you will embark on a tour of various locations surrounding London. Your itinerary will commence with a visit to Windsor Castle in Berkshire, followed by a stop at Stonehenge in Wiltshire, and culminating in a visit to the charming city of Bath in Somerset County. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to explore notable attractions such as St. George’s Chapel in Windsor, Salisbury Cathedral in Wiltshire, the picturesque Cotswold villages, Glastonbury Abbey, and the iconic Pulteney Bridge in Somerset.

    Day 4: Around London – Day 2

    Today, you will embark on a journey to explore the rich historical sites surrounding London. Your day will commence with a guided tour of Oxford, renowned for its stunning architecture, rich culture, and deep-rooted history. A highlight of your visit will be Christ Church College, a must-see for fans of the Harry Potter film series.

    Following a delightful lunch, your next destination will be Warwickshire, where you will delve into the charm of its ancient inns and pay a visit to the picturesque town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. The town’s Tudor-era dwellings are particularly noteworthy, as is the grand Warwick Castle, boasting imposing towers, formidable ramparts, and haunting prison cells.

    Conclude your day by returning to London, where you will spend the night at your hotel, reflecting on the fascinating historical journey you have experienced.

    Day 5: Depart London

    Following a brief breakfast, depart from your hotel to head to the airport for your return flight home or to embark on the next part of your European tour itinerary.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
