Day 1

Arrival in Mumbai – The City of Dreams Upon arrival in Mumbai, India’s bustling financial capital, check in to your hotel and unwind. Later, set out to explore the city’s colonial and contemporary landmarks, including the Gateway of India, Marine Drive, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. In the evening, stroll along Juhu Beach and savor street food like vada pav and pav bhaji. Overnight in Mumbai.

Day 2

Mumbai Heritage & Culture Tour Spend the day diving deeper into Mumbai’s soul. Visit Elephanta Caves (UNESCO World Heritage Site) by ferry from the Gateway of India. Explore Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya (Prince of Wales Museum) and Mani Bhavan – Mahatma Gandhi’s Mumbai residence. In the evening, explore Bandra’s street art or shop at Colaba Causeway. Overnight in Mumbai.

Day 3

Mumbai to Nashik – Vineyards & Temples After breakfast, drive to Nashik (approx. 4–5 hours), a city famous for its spiritual heritage and as India’s wine capital. On arrival, visit the sacred Panchavati area – Kalaram Temple, Sita Gufa, and Godavari Ghats. Later, tour a local vineyard like Sula or York Winery, complete with wine tasting. Overnight in Nashik.

Day 4

Nashik to Aurangabad – Gateway to Ancient India Today, proceed to Aurangabad (approx. 4–5 hours). En route, stop at Shani Shingnapur, a village famous for its temple and houses without doors. On reaching Aurangabad, visit Bibi Ka Maqbara, a Mughal-era structure often dubbed the “Mini Taj Mahal.” Check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Aurangabad.

Day 5

UNESCO Marvels – Ajanta Caves Exploration Embark on a full-day excursion to the Ajanta Caves (approx. 2 hours away), a collection of 30 rock-cut Buddhist cave monuments adorned with exquisite frescoes and sculptures dating back to the 2nd century BCE. Absorb the serene atmosphere and artistry. Return to Aurangabad by evening. Overnight in Aurangabad.

Day 6

Ellora Caves & Daulatabad Fort Explore the awe-inspiring Ellora Caves, another UNESCO site featuring Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain monuments, including the majestic Kailasa Temple, carved out of a single rock. Later, visit Daulatabad Fort, known for its ingenious defense mechanisms and panoramic views. Wrap up your day with local Maharashtrian cuisine. Overnight in Aurangabad.

Day 7

Departure from Aurangabad / Return to Mumbai After breakfast, check out and either board your flight/train from Aurangabad or drive back to Mumbai (as per your preference). Tour ends with memories of Maharashtra’s cultural riches and timeless legacies.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
