Day 1: Arrive at Langkawi – Langkawi Cable Car – Langkawi Wildlife Park

Upon your arrival in Langkawi, our tour representatives will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. Once you have checked in and freshened up, you are free to embark on your vacation.
One of Malaysia’s renowned attractions, the Langkawi Cable Car, awaits your visit. Experience a breathtaking ride on a gondola-style cable car that ascends 650 metres above ground, offering a panoramic bird’s eye view of the surroundings. Conclude your day by visiting the Langkawi Wildlife Park, where you can engage with a diverse array of over 150 animal species.

Day 2: Pantai Cenang Beach – Paradise 3D Museum – Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls

Indulge in relaxation at Pantai Cenang Beach and savor delectable cuisine at one of its many charming cafes. Next, explore Paradise 3D Museum, the second largest of its kind globally. Conclude your day by marveling at the breathtaking Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls.

Day 3: Reach Kuala Lumpur – Malacca – Petronas Twin Towers

Embark on your journey from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi and get ready for a leisurely day of exploring. Experience the historical UNESCO World Heritage Site of Malacca before concluding your day with a visit to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, a must-see attraction in the city.

Day 4: KL Bird Park – Batu Caves – National Mosque of Malaysia

Experience the peaceful atmosphere of Batu Caves on the fourth day of your itinerary. Take in the beauty of the National Mosque of Malaysia before returning to your accommodation. Explore the expansive Kuala Lumpur Bird Park, home to over 3,000 birds from 200 different species, spanning across 20.9 acres.

Day 5: Depart from Kuala Lumpur

Recede from your hotel and proceed to the airport to catch your return flight home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
