Day 1: Arrival in Christchurch
Upon arrival in Christchurch, known as ‘The Garden City,’ our hospitable team will greet you warmly. If you are arriving by coach, we will arrange a private transfer to your hotel. For self-driving guests, rental car collection at the airport is available before heading to your accommodation. Relax and unwind with an overnight stay in Christchurch.
Day 2: Christchurch to the Glacier Region
Embark on a scenic journey today as you follow the stunning Waimakariri River, traverse the majestic Southern Alps, and arrive in the quaint alpine village of Arthur’s Pass. Make a brief stop in Greymouth before heading south along the rugged West Coast, eventually arriving at the captivating glacier area of Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers. Rest and relax tonight at a hotel in this awe-inspiring Glacier Region.
Day 3: Glacier Region – A Day to Relax and Reconnect with Nature
Today offers a leisurely opportunity to fully appreciate the stunning beauty of the glacier region. You can elevate your experience by opting for activities like a scenic flight or a guided glacier walk (additional charges may apply).
If relaxation is what you seek, your visit to the revitalizing Glacier Hot Pools in Franz Josef is all set. It’s a day to unwind and marvel at the natural wonders around you. Rest for the night at a cozy hotel situated in the heart of the Glacier Region.
Day 4: Glacier Region to Wanaka
Embark on a picturesque journey this morning as we venture along the stunning West Coast. Admire the awe-inspiring mountain ranges, verdant native forests, and peaceful lakes along the way. Our path will lead us through the Haast Pass, the gateway to the prestigious Westland National Park. Following this, we will travel alongside the charming shores of Lake Hawea before arriving in Wanaka by early afternoon. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind and discover at your leisure. Your accommodation for the night will be at a cozy and welcoming hotel in Wanaka.
Day 5: Wanaka to Queenstown (Approx. 67km, about 1 hour and 10 minutes)
Start your day by exploring Puzzling World, an intriguing destination renowned for its unique architecture, elaborate puzzles, and mesmerizing illusion rooms. Following this enjoyable visit, continue your journey to Queenstown, where you will be accommodated at the delightful Queenstown hotel for the night.
Day 6: Queenstown – A Day of Freedom
Today marks an opportunity for you to indulge in activities of your choosing. Explore the wide range of optional attractions available in Queenstown. Engage in thrilling experiences such as bungy jumping, jet boating, white water rafting, gondola rides, and more (additional fees may apply). Retire for the night at your accommodation in Queenstown.
Day 7: Queenstown to Mount Cook (Approx. 240km, around 3 hours)
Today, our itinerary takes us on a journey southwards through the beautiful Central Otago region towards the charming town of Twizel. Continuing our drive, we will follow the stunning shores of Lake Pukaki until we reach the captivating Mt. Cook National Park.
During our time at Mt. Cook, there will be opportunities for you to participate in a range of optional activities to enhance your experience. These activities may include scenic flights, glacier boat rides, or exploring the fascinating exhibits at the Sir Edmund Hillary Centre. It is important to note that these optional tours are not covered in the tour package.
For the night, we have arranged accommodation at a comfortable hotel located in the heart of Mt. Cook.
Day 8: Mount Cook to Christchurch (Approx. 333km, around 4 hours and 30 minutes)
Start your day by heading towards Christchurch in the morning. During the journey, take a break at the peaceful Lake Tekapo to explore the picturesque ‘Church of the Good Shepherd.’ Following this, proceed with your drive through the scenic Canterbury Plains until you arrive at the hospitable city of Christchurch. Relax and unwind with an overnight stay at your hotel in Christchurch.
Day 9: Farewell to Christchurch
Head to Christchurch airport today to embark on your next journey or return home, cherishing a collection of unforgettable memories from your time here.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.

- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
