Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Nainital – Welcome to the Lake District Arrive in Nainital and check into your hotel. Take a stroll around the famous Naini Lake, enjoy boating, and visit the Naina Devi Temple nearby. In the evening, explore the vibrant Mall Road and indulge in local street food. Overnight stay in Nainital.
Day 2
Nainital Sightseeing Spend the day exploring the attractions of Nainital. Visit Snow View Point by ropeway, enjoy panoramic views from Tiffin Top and Lands End, and take a serene walk in the Governor’s House gardens. You’ll also stop by The High Altitude Zoo, one of India’s few hill zoos. Return to the hotel for the night.
Day 3
Nainital to Almora – A Scenic Drive After breakfast, drive to Almora, known for its rich culture and ancient temples. En route, visit Kainchi Dham Ashram. On arrival, check into your hotel and explore the town’s quaint bazaars, Chitai Golu Devta Temple, and Bright End Corner for a perfect sunset view. Overnight stay in Almora.
Day 4
Almora to Kausani – Views of the Himalayas Today, proceed to Kausani, often called the ‘Switzerland of India’. Upon arrival, check-in and relax. Later, visit Anasakti Ashram, where Mahatma Gandhi once stayed, and enjoy the 300 km wide Himalayan views of Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Panchachuli peaks. Enjoy a peaceful night stay in Kausani.
Day 5
Kausani Sightseeing Start your day with a sunrise view of the Himalayas. Visit Baijnath Temple Complex, located by the Gomti River, and the Kausani Tea Estate, where you can learn about the tea-making process. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kausani.
Day 6
Kausani to Ranikhet – The Queen’s Meadow Check out after breakfast and head toward Ranikhet, a charming hill station surrounded by pine forests. Visit Jhula Devi Temple, Chaubatia Gardens, and Haidakhan Temple. Take in stunning views of the Himalayas and explore the colonial-era architecture. Overnight stay in Ranikhet.
Day 7
Ranikhet to Mukteshwar – Apple Orchards & Quiet Bliss Drive to Mukteshwar, a peaceful hamlet known for its apple orchards and panoramic views. Visit Mukteshwar Dham Temple, perched on a cliff, and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Evening is free to explore the serene village or relax at your stay. Overnight in Mukteshwar.
Day 8
Mukteshwar to Nainital – Return to the Lake Town After breakfast, drive back to Nainital. Use the rest of the day to relax or shop for souvenirs like candles, woollens, and handicrafts at the Bhotia Market. Overnight stay in Nainital.
Day 9
Departure from Nainital After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Kathgodam Railway Station or Pantnagar Airport for your journey back home with beautiful memories of the Kumaon hills.

- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
