Day 1: Arrival in Cape Town

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a courteous representative who will escort you to your hotel. Take advantage of the remainder of the day to discover the city at your own pace. Your overnight accommodation will be at a hotel in Cape Town.

Day 2: Cape Town – Half-Day City Tour

Experience a delightful breakfast before embarking on a half-day tour of Cape Town. Weather permitting, you will have the opportunity to explore Table Mountain. Led by a knowledgeable Driver Guide, you will pass by the historic Castle of Good Hope, as well as the Parliament Buildings, City Hall, and the Slave Lodge. Discover the vibrant Malay Quarter and make a stop at the Diamond Cutters. Conclude your tour with a visit to the bustling Victoria & Alfred Waterfront for some shopping before heading back to your hotel. Retire for the night at your accommodation in Cape Town.

Day 3: Cape Town – Full-Day Cape Peninsula Tour

Join us on a comprehensive full-day tour of the stunning Cape Peninsula, where we will embark on a series of stops to immerse ourselves in its beauty. Our journey begins at Hout Bay Harbour, where we will embark on a delightful Seal Island Cruise. Weather permitting, we will then traverse the scenic Chapmans Peak Drive, offering breathtaking views.

Our exploration continues at Cape Point National Park, where you have the option to partake in a Funicular Tour for a unique perspective. We will then proceed to Simons Town to admire the endearing Boulders Beach Penguin Colony before concluding our tour with a visit to the enchanting Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

After a day filled with unforgettable experiences, you will retreat to your accommodations at a hotel in Cape Town for a restful evening.

Day 4: Cape Town to Knysna

Begin your day by having breakfast before embarking on a private transfer to Knysna. Your journey will take you along Route 62, a beautiful scenic route leading to Knysna. In the evening, indulge in a charming sunset cruise on the Knysna Lagoon aboard the John Benn. Following this delightful experience, return to your hotel where you can enjoy the evening at your leisure, unwinding and relaxing. Your accommodation for the night will be at your chosen Knysna hotel.

Day 5: Knysna – Full Day Oudtshoorn Exploration

Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before setting off on a comprehensive day trip to Oudtshoorn. Your itinerary includes a visit to the impressive Cango Caves, an ostrich farm, and the Cango Wildlife Ranch. Upon completion of these exciting excursions, return to your hotel for a well-deserved rest. The evening is free for you to unwind and indulge at your own pace. Your accommodation for the night will be at the Knysna hotel.

Day 6: George to Johannesburg to Sun City

Following breakfast, we will organize your transportation to George Airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Kindly be informed that the flight expense is not covered in the tour package, and we recommend scheduling a flight around 09:00.

Upon reaching Johannesburg, a private transfer will be arranged to transport you to Sun City. Once you have checked in at the hotel, the remainder of the day is yours to discover the resort at your leisure. You will have the opportunity to spend the night at the hotel in Sun City.

Day 7: Sun City – A Day of Relaxation

Experience a day of relaxation and leisure at the Valley of the Waves. Dive into a wide array of entertainment options, from thrilling activities to live concerts and sporting events. Conclude your day by staying overnight at the Sun City hotel, where breakfast is included.

Day 8: Sun City to Johannesburg

Begin your day by having breakfast before departing from the hotel. Your next stop is Johannesburg, where you will embark on a Half Day Gold Reef Tour with a private transfer. This tour will showcase intriguing historical gold mining sites. Following the tour, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. Relax and unwind with an overnight stay in Johannesburg.

Day 9: Depart Johannesburg

This morning, it is time to check out from the hotel and catch the complimentary shuttle service from Emperor’s Palace to JNB Airport for your return flight home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
