Day 1: Arrive in Guruvayur

Upon your arrival at either the Cochin Airport or the Guruvayur Railway Station, our tour manager will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Take some time to freshen up and relax before joining us for a visit to the Sree Krishna Temple for a darshan of Guruvayurappan.
Enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Guruvayur – Munnar

Following breakfast, you will depart for Munnar, a journey lasting approximately 6 hours. Upon reaching the hotel, take some time to rejuvenate before embarking on a sightseeing excursion. Discover the vast tea plantations that Munnar is renowned for, then unwind back at the hotel for a tranquil evening by the fireplace.

Retire for the night in Munnar.

Day 3: Munnar

On your second day in Munnar, you will have the opportunity to discover the picturesque attractions of this hill town. Highlights of the day include visits to Eravikulam National Park, Kolukkumalai Tea Estate, Pothamedu View Point, Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Dam, Echo Point, and Top Station.

Enjoy a relaxing evening in Munnar before continuing your exploration.

Day 4: Munnar – Thekkady

Following breakfast, proceed to Thekkady to explore the renowned Periyar National Park, known for its diverse wildlife including Asian elephants, monkeys, nilgais, langurs, and wild boars. You will also have the opportunity to visit the picturesque Cardamom Hills or Yela Mala, famous for their lush cardamom, pepper, and coffee plantations.

As part of your tour, enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake for an up-close view of the wildlife.

Conclude your day with an overnight stay at a luxurious hotel in Thekkady.

Day 5: Thekkady to Alleppey

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, proceed to Alleppey for a unique houseboat experience. These traditional rice boats have been transformed into luxurious accommodations, equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Indulge in authentic Kerala cuisine prepared onboard, ensuring a fresh and delightful dining experience.

Savor the night onboard the houseboat, surrounded by serene waters and tranquil surroundings.

Day 6: Alleppey – Cochin

Begin your day by visiting the picturesque port city of Cochin post breakfast. Notable landmarks in Cochin worth exploring are the Mattancherry Palace, Marine Drive, Jew Town, and Cherai Beach. Later in the day, unwind with a leisurely cruise on the Sagararani.

Conclude your day by relaxing at the hotel for the night.

Day 7: Cochin

On the final day of your trip, you will be transferred to either Cochin Airport or the Railway Station, based on your preference.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
