Day 2: Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve

After a satisfying breakfast at your hotel, embark on an exhilarating adventure starting at the renowned Masai Mara Game Reserve, a top attraction in Nairobi. En route, we will traverse the awe-inspiring Great Rift Valley, offering numerous opportunities for capturing breathtaking photographs.
During our journey to Masai Mara, we will take a break for a delectable lunch. Upon reaching the reserve, brace yourself for an extraordinary experience. Here, you will witness awe-inspiring scenes from the animal kingdom – from the majestic roar of a lion to the remarkable agility of a cheetah in pursuit. Keep your camera at the ready for moments such as an elephant displaying its frustration.

Prepare to be enthralled by a plethora of intriguing occurrences as you explore the wonders of the Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Day 3: Masai Mara

Embark on an exciting safari expedition to witness wild animals in their natural habitat. The best times for observing these magnificent creatures are early morning and evening. Take advantage of midday for a game viewing drive in search of the renowned big five – leopard, lion, rhino, and elephant. Prepare for an unforgettable adventure!

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park

Begin your day with a nutritious breakfast and carefully follow the guidance of your safari driver to explore Lake Nakuru National Park. After preparation, make your way to Lake Nakuru Lodge for a relaxing lunch.

The excitement kicks off in the afternoon when you embark on an exhilarating game viewing drive within the stunning landscapes of Lake Nakuru National Park.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Nairobi

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before checking out of the hotel and heading to Nairobi. Our courteous representatives will escort you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure. Wishing you a safe journey!

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
