Day 1: Nairobi
Upon landing at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will proceed through immigration and customs before being warmly welcomed by our team. They will assist you with a seamless transfer to your hotel where you will spend the night in Nairobi.
Day 2: Nairobi to Tree Hotel
Following a satisfying breakfast, our journey will commence from Nairobi in the morning, heading towards Nyeri, a picturesque town located in Kenya’s coffee-growing and dairy farming region, historically known as the former White Highlands.
Upon arrival at the base hotel, a delectable lunch awaits you. The adventure continues as we proceed to a distinctive tree hotel, where you will witness a captivating evening spectacle of animals emerging from the forest. These creatures gather at the floodlit water hole and salt lick, engaging in playful interactions to secure prime spots.
As night descends, you have the option to stay awake and observe a mesmerizing display of strength as elephants partake in friendly competitions. However, these gentle giants typically steer clear of challenging the formidable rhinoceros, maintaining a respectful distance.
In the case of Mountain Lodge, you will be directly transported to the lodge for a delightful lunch. You will savor your meals and spend the night at the Tree Hotel, surrounded by the stunning natural landscapes of the Kenyan wilderness. (Includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)

Day 3: Tree Hotel to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club

The resort features 120 elegantly furnished hotel rooms set amidst expansive 100-acre landscaped gardens. Day 4: Mount Kenya to Nakuru/Naivasha
Today’s journey will lead us across the breathtaking Aberdare Mountain range, offering captivating views along the way. A highlight of our trip will be a brief stop to marvel at the awe-inspiring Thompson’s Falls, a majestic 73-meter waterfall that was named in honor of the Scottish explorer Joseph Thompson, who first discovered it in 1884.
Our next destination is Nakuru, where we will savor a delectable lunch before embarking on an exhilarating game drive in the afternoon. Nakuru National Park is renowned for its abundant wildlife and exceptional birdwatching opportunities. The park is particularly famous for its vast flocks of both lesser and Greater Flamingos, transforming the lakeshores into a stunning pink spectacle.
Nakuru is a paradise for bird enthusiasts, with over 400 bird species to admire, including White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets, and Marabou Storks. It is also home to the rare White Rhino and Rothschild Giraffe, making it a unique spot in Africa for wildlife sightings.
Our accommodation for the night will be at a cozy lodge in Nakuru or Naivasha, where you can indulge in delicious meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Get ready for a comfortable and relaxing stay after a day filled with exciting adventures and remarkable experiences.
Day 5: Nakuru/Naivasha to Masai Mara
Following a satisfying breakfast, begin a picturesque drive through the stunning Great Rift Valley to arrive at the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. This vast reserve is a section of the expansive Serengeti plains, well-known for the annual wildebeest migration and home to the Big Five: Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffaloes, and Rhinos.
Indulge in a delectable lunch at your accommodation before unwinding and then embarking on an afternoon game drive. The Masai Mara Game Reserve stands out as one of the most exceptional wilderness areas globally, offering encounters with a diverse range of large mammals. Among the wildlife species inhabiting the park are Maasai Giraffes, Buffaloes, Elands, and numerous plains game like Impalas, Zebras, Topis, as well as both Thomson’s and Grant’s Gazelles.
Wrap up your day with a satisfying dinner and spend the night at a cozy lodge or camp situated in the heart of the Mara. Your stay includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 6: Masai Mara
After enjoying a satisfying breakfast, we embarked on a morning game-viewing drive to explore the rich wildlife that inhabits this reserve. If fortunate, you may witness an exciting live hunt in action, right before your eyes!
After a delectable lunch at the lodge, we ventured on another thrilling game drive, offering the opportunity to encounter the famous ‘Big 5’ animals. Meals and accommodation are provided at a lodge or camp in Mara, with complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
Day 7: Masai Mara to Nairobi
After enjoying your breakfast, it is time to check out of your accommodation. We will then embark on the journey back to Nairobi, where you will arrive in time for lunch. You will have the opportunity to select your lunch venue. Following this, we will organize your transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your next flight.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
