Day 1

Arrival in Dehradun – Gateway to the Himalayas Your journey begins with your arrival in Dehradun, where our representative warmly welcomes you at the airport or railway station. From here, you will be escorted in a comfortable private vehicle to the charming hill town of Guptkashi or Sitapur, which serves as the base for Kedarnath visits. Enjoy the scenic drive through winding mountain roads, pine forests, and river valleys. Upon arrival, check in to a luxurious resort or hotel, where you can unwind with a cup of herbal tea and soak in the tranquil surroundings. The evening is at your leisure – you may choose to explore nearby temples or simply relax and prepare for the spiritual journey ahead.

Day 2

Helicopter Ride to Kedarnath and VIP Darshan Today is the spiritual highlight of the tour. Early in the morning, after a light breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the helipad. Board a helicopter that will take you on a breathtaking 10-minute ride to Kedarnath, giving you aerial views of snow-covered peaks and the Mandakini River. Once you land, you will be escorted directly to the Kedarnath Temple for VIP darshan, ensuring a peaceful and crowd-free spiritual experience. Take your time to offer prayers, soak in the divine atmosphere, and marvel at the stunning Himalayan backdrop. After darshan, return via helicopter to the helipad and then to your hotel. Spend the evening reflecting on your experience or enjoy a relaxing meal at your hotel under the stars.

Day 3

Leisure and Local Exploration After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning surrounded by Himalayan beauty. For those interested, a guided excursion can be arranged to nearby spiritual spots such as Triyuginarayan Temple, where Lord Shiva is believed to have married Goddess Parvati. Alternatively, you can enjoy a peaceful nature walk or a gentle yoga session organized by the resort. The afternoon is perfect for relaxation—perhaps indulge in an Ayurvedic massage or simply enjoy the view from your room’s balcony. End the day with a hearty dinner and prepare for departure the next morning.

Day 4

Return to Dehradun and Departure On your final day, wake up to the fresh mountain air and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. After check-out, our driver will take you back to Dehradun via a scenic route. Reflect on your serene and spiritually uplifting experience as you drive through lush forests and river valleys. Our team will ensure you reach Dehradun airport or railway station on time for your onward journey. Depart with memories of a divine journey, complete with comfort and grace.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
