Day 1

Arrival in Kasol – Riverside Relaxation & Cafe Hopping Arrive in Kasol, a quaint village nestled along the banks of the Parvati River. Check into your riverside guesthouse or boutique hotel and freshen up. Spend your day exploring Kasol’s vibrant market and its famous Israeli cafés like Little Italy and Moon Dance. You can also take a short walk along the Parvati River or opt for an evening bonfire by the riverside. The relaxed vibe, crisp mountain air, and delicious food will immediately make you feel at home.

Day 2

Trek to Tosh – Snow Peaks & Himalayan Bliss After breakfast, check out and drive towards Barshaini, the starting point of your short trek to Tosh village. The 1.5–2-hour trek ascends through pine forests and rugged paths with mesmerizing views of the Parvati Valley. Once in Tosh, check into your wooden homestay or Himalayan guesthouse and take in panoramic views of snow-covered peaks like Papasura and White Sail. The peaceful village atmosphere, starry night sky, and warmth of the locals make Tosh a magical mountain retreat.

Day 3

Return Journey – Scenic Drive Back with Memories Wake up early to witness a beautiful sunrise over the Himalayan ranges. After breakfast, begin your descent back to Barshaini and proceed toward your departure point. On your way back, you can stop for pictures, local snacks, or even a quick dip in the hot springs at Manikaran if time allows. With your heart full of mountain memories, say goodbye to the enchanting Parvati Valley.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
