Day 1

Arrival in Hampi – A Journey Begins Arrive at Hospet Railway Station or Hubli Airport, where you’ll be greeted and transferred to Hampi. Check into your hotel and unwind. In the evening, take a leisurely walk through Hampi Bazaar and visit the Virupaksha Temple, one of the oldest functioning temples in India. Enjoy a peaceful sunset at Hemakuta Hill, offering panoramic views of the ancient ruins. Overnight in Hampi.

Day 2

Exploring the Ruins of Vijayanagara Today, spend the day discovering the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hampi, once the capital of the mighty Vijayanagara Empire. Visit the Vittala Temple Complex, home to the famous Stone Chariot and musical pillars, then continue to the Royal Enclosure, Lotus Mahal, and Elephant Stables. End your day at the Tungabhadra River banks, soaking in the historic atmosphere. Overnight stay in Hampi.

Day 3

Hampi to Hassan – A Scenic Drive After breakfast, check out and begin a scenic drive toward Hassan, a city known for its proximity to Karnataka’s temple towns. En route, enjoy countryside views, local eateries, and glimpses of rural Karnataka life. Arrive in Hassan by evening, check into your hotel, and relax. Overnight stay in Hassan.

Day 4

Halebidu & Belur – Temples of Intricacy Today is dedicated to exploring two of South India’s most stunning temple complexes – Belur and Halebidu. Visit the Chennakesava Temple at Belur, known for its intricate carvings and Hoysala architecture, followed by Hoysaleswara Temple at Halebidu, where every inch of stone tells a story. The sculptural artistry will leave you spellbound. Return to Hassan for the night.

Day 5

Shravanabelagola Excursion After breakfast, take a short drive to Shravanabelagola, a significant Jain pilgrimage site. Climb the 600+ steps to see the monolithic statue of Gommateshwara Bahubali, standing 58 feet tall. The view from the top and the spiritual ambiance make it a rewarding experience. Return to Hassan and enjoy your final evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Hassan.

Day 6

Departure from Hassan to Bangalore After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to Bangalore (approx. 5–6 hours by road). On arrival, you’ll be dropped off at the airport or railway station for your onward travel, carrying back memories of Karnataka’s ancient grandeur and cultural brilliance.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
