Day 1: Arrival in Amman, Jordan
Welcome to Jordan! Your journey commences upon your arrival at Amman Airport, where our representative will warmly welcome you. They will provide assistance with visa procedures and accompany you through the arrival procedures. Following your airport arrival, transportation will be arranged to take you to your hotel. Once you have checked in, you are free to enjoy the evening at your own pace. Your overnight accommodation will be at a cozy hotel in Amman.
Day 2: Exploring Amman and Jerash
Begin your day with a nourishing breakfast before embarking on an exciting City Tour. This immersive experience will take you to key attractions such as the Citadel, Museum, Amphitheatre, and Folklore Museum. Take your time to leisurely explore these sites at your own pace.
In the afternoon, venture to Jerash, Jordan’s largest Roman archaeological site, conveniently located just an hour’s drive from Amman. Here, you’ll have the flexibility to enjoy the historical site at your own leisure. After a day of exploration, return to Amman for another restful night at your hotel.
Day 3: From Amman to Petra – A Journey Through History
After indulging in a satisfying breakfast, our expedition proceeds southward towards Petra, pausing at significant historical sites along the route.
Our first stop is the Mount Nebo site, offering breathtaking panoramic views (please be advised that the church is currently undergoing renovation). Following this, we will explore the renowned Saint George Church in Madaba, renowned for its elaborate mosaics portraying the area’s rich heritage.
Continuing our journey, we will visit the impressive Shobak Castle, a formidable fortress steeped in centuries of history and conflict. From there, our path leads us further south until we finally arrive at our ultimate destination – Petra. Rest assured, a restful night awaits you at a cozy hotel in Petra.
Day 4: The Wonders of Petra
Start your day with a hearty breakfast to energize yourself for the day’s adventures. Today, you can choose to embark on a Petra city tour. This remarkable rock-cut city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering a truly awe-inspiring experience.
Day 5: Petra, Wadi Rum, and Amman Exploration
After indulging in a satisfying breakfast at the hotel, embark on a remarkable journey to Amman. Along the route, the adventure takes an extraordinary turn with a visit to the captivating Wadi Rum site. Here, you can explore the site at your own leisure.
Wadi Rum features a spectacular landscape, offering you the chance to witness it firsthand with an optional 4×4 tour through the stunning desert scenery. For a more immersive experience, spending the night at a Bedouin camp is also available. Later in the day, proceed to the bustling city of Amman, where you will stay overnight at a comfortable hotel.
Day 6: Amman and the Dead Sea
After indulging in a delightful breakfast at the hotel, embark on an excursion to the iconic Dead Sea. Here, you will have plenty of free time to experience the extraordinary and therapeutic waters of this unique Salt Lake. Situated between Jordan to the east and Israel and the West Bank to the west, the Dead Sea is a geological marvel. With its surface and shores resting at a remarkable 430.5 meters below sea level, it holds the title of the lowest point on Earth’s surface. Following a day of relaxation and revitalization at the Dead Sea, return to the hotel in Amman, where you can enjoy the remainder of the day at your own pace.
Day 7: Farewell to Amman
On the last day of your trip, enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel before saying goodbye to Amman. Depart with fond memories as you check out and head to Amman airport for your return flight.
Petra is a UNESCO World Heritage site, showcasing the remarkable skills of ancient civilizations. Take your time to discover this archaeological marvel at your leisure. Following your exploration of Petra, we will transport you back to Amman via the Desert Highway. Rest for the night at a cozy hotel in Petra before continuing your journey.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
