Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo
Upon arrival at Tokyo Narita airport, proceed to your hotel. The evening is free for you to enjoy at your leisure. Rest and relax at your accommodation in Tokyo for the night.
Day 2: Tokyo – City Exploration
Begin your day with a nourishing breakfast before meeting at designated hotels in Tokyo to embark on a bus journey to Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal. From there, set off on an exciting sightseeing adventure in Tokyo. Visit iconic landmarks such as Tokyo Tower and participate in a traditional Tea Ceremony. Indulge in a delicious Japanese-style lunch before continuing the city tour, which includes stops at Imperial Palace Plaza, Nijubashi Bridge, Hinode Pier, and a relaxing Sumida River Cruise. Admire the picturesque Azumabashi (Bridge over Sumida River), explore Sensoji Temple, and wander through Nakamise Shopping Street. The tour concludes back at Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal, allowing you to return to your hotel at your leisure. Rest for the night at your hotel in Tokyo after a day filled with unforgettable experiences.
Day 3: Tokyo – Mt. Fuji & Hakone Adventure
Experience a delightful breakfast and start your day by meeting at designated locations in Tokyo hotels before boarding a bus headed for Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal. Depart from Hamamatsucho and travel by bus to Mt. Fuji. Witness the beauty of Mt. Fuji as the bus climbs to the 5th Station, perched at an impressive altitude of 2,300 meters (7,546 ft) above sea level. Be awestruck by the magnificent views above the clouds.
Enjoy a delicious Japanese-style lunch before embarking on a picturesque cruise on Lake Ashi. This crater lake, formed by a volcanic eruption nearly 3,000 years ago, offers breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji towering 30 km northwest. Admire the majestic sight of Mt. Fuji from the ship’s deck. Take a 7-minute ropeway ride to the peak of Mt. Komagatake, allowing for a total of 50 minutes, including leisurely walks around the summit. Afterwards, head to Hakone and return to Tokyo by bus. The tour concludes upon reaching Sukiyabashi Intersection in Ginza. Following the tour, you are free to make your way to your next destination or back to your hotel independently. Retire for the night at your Tokyo hotel.
Day 4: Tokyo to Kyoto
Following a pleasant breakfast, depart from the hotel and head to Tokyo Station on your own. Take the Shinkansen Nozomi 27 train for your trip to Kyoto. Once you arrive, settle into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 5: Kyoto – Nara – Kyoto
Begin your day with a curated excursion through Kyoto. Discover Nijo Castle, Kinkaku-ji Temple, Kyoto Imperial Palace (accessible on weekdays), and Kitano Tenmangu Shrine (open on weekends, holidays, and designated days). Following lunch, proceed to Nara to explore Todai-ji Temple (housing the Big Buddha), Nara Park, Kasuga Taisha Shrine, and Nara Nagomikan. A convenient drop-off service is available at designated hotels in Kyoto City. Return to your hotel at your leisure and savor an overnight stay in Kyoto.
Day 6: Departure from Kyoto to Seoul
Head to Kansai airport today for your flight to Seoul. Upon landing at Incheon airport, you will be greeted by a guide who will assist you in transferring to your hotel. Rest for the night at the hotel in Seoul.
Day 7: Explore Seoul
After a hearty breakfast, you can indulge in a relaxed day ahead. For a more structured experience, consider embarking on a guided palace tour that also includes lunch as an option. The itinerary features stops at the revered Joggye Buddhist Temple, the iconic Blue House (residence of the Korean President), the majestic Gyeongbok Palace, and the captivating Royal Guard Changing Ceremony. Along the way, you will pass through the charming Insadong antique shopping street, savor a meal at a local eatery, peruse the Korean Ginseng or Amethyst shopping center, explore the bustling Traditional Market, Namdaemun, and end the day with a visit to Changdeok Palace. The tour wraps up by 17:00, allowing you to return to your accommodations in Seoul for the night.
Day 8: Seoul
Start your day with a delicious breakfast, then take some time to explore the area on your own. End the day by relaxing at your hotel in Seoul.
Day 9: Depart from Seoul

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
