Day 1: Arrive In Rome
Experience the historical grandeur of a city that stood as the capital of ancient empires! Upon landing at Rome International Airport, our dedicated tour manager will assist you in transferring to a private car for your high-speed train journey to Venice, which typically lasts about 3.5 hours.
Upon reaching your destination, settle into your hotel and take some time to discover the various attractions nearby.
End your day by indulging in a luxurious stay at a top-tier hotel in Rome.
Day 2: Venice Island Tour
Venice, renowned for its beauty, ranks among the most popular tourist destinations globally. Begin your day with breakfast before embarking on a memorable journey via the Alilaguna boat from St. Mark’s Square. En route, you will pass by Murano Island, celebrated for its centuries-old tradition of glassmaking that dates back to the 1200s.
Next on your itinerary is Burano Island, often likened to a miniature Venice, known for its vibrant houses, traditional Venetian masks, and intricate lace production. Conclude your boat excursion with a visit to Torcello Island, distinguished for the Santa Maria Assunta Cathedral, Venice’s inaugural cathedral, and the Museum of Torcello.
Upon completion of your island exploration, return to your accommodations in Venice for a restful night.
Day 3: Venice – Florence – Pisa
Following a quick breakfast, you will board a train to Florence, enjoying a scenic journey of approximately 3 hours through the picturesque Italian countryside. Known as the birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence is renowned for its rich heritage in art, architecture, and culture. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and unwind before exploring the renowned University of Pisa.
During your time in Pisa, make sure to visit iconic landmarks such as the Leaning Tower, Piazza dei Miracoli, Duomo, Piazza dei Cavalieri, and the historic Scuola Normale. The Pisa Battistero, boasting a history of over 600 years, stands as the largest baptistery in Italy and is celebrated as a masterpiece of Romanesque art.
As the day draws to a close, make your way back to Florence to spend the night in this vibrant city.
Day 4: Florence – Rome
Indulge in a traditional Italian breakfast before embarking on a city tour that will take you to some of the most iconic landmarks. Your day will include visits to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Uffizi Galleries, Ponte Vecchio, Piazzale Michelangelo, Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo, and Palazzo Pitti.
Following a delicious lunch, you will journey to Rome to begin the final portion of your Rome and Venice (Italy) tour package. In the evening, your exploration will lead you to the Exhibition Palace, the Fountain of the Naiads, the Capitoline Museum, and the historic Piazza Venezia. If time allows, you will also have the opportunity to discover the Roman Forum, The Coliseum, St. Peter’s Basilica, Porta Flaminia, The Arch of Constantine, The Circus Maximus, Piazza Navona, and the iconic Trevi Fountain.
Retire for the evening at a luxurious hotel in Rome, where you can unwind and prepare for the adventures that await you in the Eternal City.
Day 5: Vatican City
After enjoying breakfast, the remainder of the day is yours to explore at your leisure or revisit any sites you may have missed yesterday. Rome offers a variety of flea markets to explore, or you may opt for a guided tour of iconic landmarks such as Piazza Venezia and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Following lunch, you will embark on a visit to the Vatican City. Highlights of this excursion include renowned attractions like the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museum, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the picturesque Gardens of Vatican City.
Upon returning to your hotel, take some time to unwind and get ready for your departure scheduled for tomorrow.
Day 6: Departure:
After enjoying breakfast, it is time to depart from your hotel and make your way to Rome International Airport. Whether you are continuing your journey to explore more destinations on your Europe tour package or heading back home, this is where your next adventure awaits.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
