    Itinerary

    Day 1 : Arrive in Pune

    Upon reaching Pune Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our tour representatives who will assist you in reaching your hotel. After completing the check-in process, you are free to unwind and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure. Relax and spend the night at your hotel.

    Day 2 : Pune – Lonavala – Lohagad Fort – Karla Caves

    In the morning, enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading to the picturesque hill station of Lonavala. Your first stop will be the historic Lohagad Fort, one of the many hill forts scattered across Maharashtra. Located approximately 52 km northwest of Pune, this fort sits at an elevation of 1,033 meters above sea level. Historically, the fort was predominantly under the rule of the Lohtamia empire, with a brief period of five years under the Mughal empire.
    Next on the itinerary are the renowned Karla Caves, also known as Karli Caves, Karle Caves, or Karla Cells. These ancient Buddhist rock-cut caves date back to between the 2nd century BC and the 5th century AD. Before returning to Pune, you will also have the opportunity to visit the tranquil Lonavala Lake.

    Day 3 : Pune – Mumbai – Nariman Point

    On the third day of your itinerary, you will transition from Pune to Mumbai. Upon arrival in Mumbai, take the opportunity to explore The Taj Mahal Palace, an upscale five-star hotel situated in the Colaba district. Afterwards, make your way to Nariman Point, a renowned central business district and upscale residential area in Mumbai, renowned for its shopping centers, nightlife venues, luxury hotels, and high-end apartments. Return to your accommodation for the evening.

    Day 4 : Gateway of India – Juhu Beach – Elephanta Caves

    After enjoying a delightful breakfast, embark on a journey to discover some of Mumbai’s iconic sightseeing attractions. Begin your day with a visit to the Gateway of India, a significant arch-monument situated on the waterfront of Mumbai. This historical monument was completed in 1924 to commemorate George V’s proclamation as the Emperor of India in December 1911.

    Stroll along the renowned Juhu Beach, known as Mumbai’s most popular beach. Conclude your day by exploring the Elephanta Caves, a series of cave temples dedicated to Lord Shiva located on Elephanta Island. These caves were designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. Retire for the night at your hotel in Mumbai.

    Day 5 : Mumbai – South Goa

    Start your day with breakfast before heading to the airport for your flight to Goa. Upon reaching Goa Airport, our tour representatives will be there to welcome you and assist you in reaching your resort in South Goa. Enjoy the remainder of the day at your own pace and ensure a restful night’s sleep.

    Day 6 : South Goa Tour

    After enjoying your breakfast, start your day by exploring the various attractions in South Goa. Begin your journey at the Mangueshi Temple, a sacred site dedicated to Lord Manguesh, an incarnation of Lord Shiva. Next, make your way to the Big Foot Museum, a unique museum and theme park located in the picturesque village of Loutolim.

    Relax and unwind at Dona Paula Beach, where you can partake in thrilling water sports activities such as water skiing, kayaking, parasailing, and windsurfing. Pay a visit to the serene Shri Shantadurga Temple, devoted to Goddess Shantadurga, the embodiment of peace.

    Experience the tranquility of Mayem Lake as you engage in paddle boating and birdwatching. Explore the Panaji Handicrafts Emporium and the revered Shri Saptakoteshwar Temple. Stroll along the stunning beaches of South Goa and consider ending your day with a picturesque boat cruise, complete with traditional Goan cultural dances.

    As the day comes to a close, return to your hotel for a restful night.

    Day 7 : North Goa Tour

    During the seventh day of your journey, you will transition from South Goa to North Goa. Upon arrival at your hotel, a knowledgeable tour guide will accompany you to explore popular attractions in North Goa such as Vagator, Anjuna, and Calangute. Your itinerary will also include a visit to the historic Fort Aguada, a well-preserved Portuguese fort dating back to the 17th century. Enjoy an overnight stay at your accommodation.

    Day 8 : Depart Goa

    Start your day with a nourishing breakfast followed by some shopping therapy. In the afternoon, head to the airport to catch your flight back home.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
