    Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrive in Reykjavik

    Reception at Reykjavik International Airport marks the beginning of your journey in Iceland. Our knowledgeable tour guides will assist you in transferring to your hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, the remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

    Day 2: Half Day City Tour – Reykjavik

    Today, your itinerary begins with a half-day city tour that includes a visit to the president’s residence at Bessastaoir and the town of Hafnarfjorour, known for its folklore connections to dwarves, elves, and other mythical beings. You will have the opportunity to explore the town’s historic fishing harbor before heading to Perlan for a panoramic view of the capital city.
    Next, you will visit Hallgrímskirkja church, named after a renowned national poet and clergyman. The church’s unique design is inspired by Iceland’s geological features, resembling a lava flow. It took 40 years to construct and stands as one of Reykjavik’s most iconic landmarks. Your tour will conclude with a visit to Althing, the world’s oldest parliament established in 930.

    After a day of exploration, you will return to Reykjavik to spend the night at your hotel.

    Day 3: Reykjavik Full Day City Tour

    Begin your day with a comprehensive tour of Reykjavik, followed by an exploration of South Iceland, visiting some of the country’s most renowned landmarks. Among the highlights of the tour is a visit to Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site nestled in an active volcanic region known for the historic Althing, Iceland’s ancient Parliament gathering place.

    Continuing on, you will marvel at the breathtaking Gullfoss waterfall, a symbol of Iceland’s natural beauty located along the Golden Circle route. Enjoy a leisurely lunch break at Gullfoss Café before proceeding to witness the impressive Strokkur Geyser in action. Next on the itinerary is Faxi Waterfall, where you can observe salmon making their way upstream during the designated season. The tour also includes a visit to the Skalholt Cathedral and its accompanying museum.

    Conclude the day by returning to your hotel for a restful night’s stay in your comfortable accommodation.

    Day 4: Whale Watching

    Today, you will set out on a whale-watching expedition, departing from Reykjavik and heading towards Faxafloi Bay. This bay is a habitat for a diverse range of arctic wildlife, such as whales, dolphins, puffins, gannets, and various types of gulls.

    Afterwards, you will visit the Whale Exhibition Centre to delve deeper into the enigmatic world of the ocean. Housed in a renovated Capelin fishing vessel, the museum provides extensive insights into whales and seabirds.

    Conclude the day at your leisure before heading back to your hotel room.

    Day 5: Depart Reykjavik

    Say goodbye to the city as you board your flight home, or embark on the next part of your travels.

    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
