Day 1: Night Safari

Upon arrival in Singapore, our tour representatives will be waiting for you at the airport to assist with your hotel check-in. After settling in, you will receive information on the meeting point and schedule for the start of your vacation.
In the evening, you will have the opportunity to explore the Night Safari, located within the renowned Mandai Wildlife Reserve. This unique experience allows you to observe a variety of nocturnal animals, including Asian Elephants, Malayan tigers, Malayan tapirs, Nile hippos, and fishing cats.

Day 2: Gardens by the Bay – Singapore Zoo – Chinatown – Star Virgo Cruise

Begin your journey at Gardens By The Bay, a lavish nature park in Singapore boasting an impressive collection of over 1.5 million plants across 101 hectares. Continue to Singapore Zoo, home to over 4200 animals. Explore Chinatown for delectable oriental cuisine and unique souvenirs. Conclude your day by boarding the Star Virgo Cruise at night, which will transport you to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 3: Kuala Lumpur – Malacca – Petronas Twin Towers

Upon reaching Kuala Lumpur during the cruise, passengers will have the opportunity to spend a few hours exploring this captivating city. The journey then continues to Malacca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its historical importance. A full-day city tour awaits, encompassing must-visit attractions such as the iconic Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Bird Park, and KLCC Park.

In the evening, passengers will board the cruise for the return journey to Singapore.

Day 4: Back to Singapore – Sentosa Island Tour

Upon arriving back in Singapore, the next destination on your itinerary is Sentosa Island. Here, you can have the opportunity to interact with charming dolphins, enjoy a cable car ride, and take leisurely walks along tranquil beaches.

Day 5: Universal Studios

A visit to Universal Studios offers a nostalgic journey and a chance to relive childhood memories. Enjoy thrilling rides such as Battlestar Galactica and immerse yourself in the cinematic worlds of iconic films like Transformers, The Mummy, and Jurassic Park.

Day 6: Depart from Singapore

Complete the check-out process at your hotel and proceed to the airport to catch your return flight home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
