Itinerary
Day 1: Arriving in Hong Kong
Upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, our tour representatives will accompany you to Macau by ferry. Once in Macau, you will be escorted to your hotel for a relaxing evening. Take advantage of your overnight stay in Macau to unwind and recharge.
Day 2 in Macau:
Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a journey to discover the Ruins of St. Paul’s Church and Senado Square, the vibrant center of Macau. Make sure to include a visit to the Portuguese Cathedral for a spiritual and enriching experience. Continue your exploration by heading to Na Tcha Temple, a significant part of the historical city walls, followed by a visit to the revered A-Ma Temple. In the evening, indulge in a delectable Indian dinner at a nearby restaurant. Conclude your day by returning to the hotel for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 3: Macau to Hong Kong
Begin your day by heading to the Macau ferry terminal for your trip to Hong Kong. Upon reaching Hong Kong, our knowledgeable tour guide will accompany you to your hotel. Take the time to relax and enjoy a leisurely day.
Day 4: Explore Hong Kong
Begin your day by having breakfast before embarking on an exciting half-day excursion of Hong Kong Island with our tour representative. Explore renowned landmarks such as Victoria Peak and Man Mo Temple, which attract more than 7 million visitors annually. Experience the picturesque Aberdeen Fishing Village, learn about the history of Repulse Bay, and visit the Hong Kong Jewelry Factory. Conclude your day at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, where you can see lifelike wax figures of well-known celebrities. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay after a fulfilling day of exploration.
Day 5: Exploring Hong Kong Ocean Park
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a fascinating guided tour of Ocean Park. Explore the incredible marine life and enjoy thrilling cable car rides at this renowned theme park, which boasts one of the world’s largest aquariums. - As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
