Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Hobart
Upon arrival at Hobart Airport, indulge in a private airport transfer to a luxurious 5-star hotel. While early check-in cannot be guaranteed, feel free to leave your luggage and venture out to explore the city. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit iconic landmarks such as the Museum of Old and New Art, Battery Point, Salamanca Place, and the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery. Retire for the night at your accommodation in Hobart.
Day 2: Hobart – Grand Port Arthur Tour
Embark on a day filled with historical insights and stunning natural scenery at the Grand Port Arthur. This comprehensive experience features a guided tour of the Isle of the Dead, a fascinating harbour cruise, visits to the Convict Cemetery and Point Puer Boys Prison, as well as exploration of the Tasman National Park.
Afterwards, retreat to your Hobart hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 3: Hobart – Bruny Island Wilderness Coast Tour with Cruise
Experience a full day at Bruny Island, where you can embark on a wilderness cruise to witness seals and encounter white wallabies, dolphins, and sea birds. Explore the island on foot, taking in its pristine beaches, lush rainforest areas, and scenic hikes. Indulge in a gourmet lunch featuring local Tasmanian produce and seafood. Conclude the day with a return to your Hobart hotel for an overnight stay.
Please be advised that this tour does not include hotel transportation. Guests are required to meet at the Pennicot Journeys Office at Franklin Wharf by 7:45 a.m. to begin the tour.
Day 4: Hobart – Full Day Tour
Start your day early to embark on a comprehensive tour of Mt. Field, Russell Falls, and the famous Mt. Wellington. For those visiting on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, or Sunday, the Tassie Devils Tour is also available. Conclude the day with a relaxing evening at your Hobart hotel.
Day 5: Hobart – Wineglass Bay & Freycinet National Park Tour – Launceston
Depart Hobart after checking out of your hotel and embark on the Full Day Wineglass Bay & Freycinet National Park Tour. This comprehensive experience includes a guided tour of Wineglass Bay, hiking in Freycinet National Park, and immersing yourself in the park’s wildlife and scenery. Moderate fitness levels are required for the hiking portion. Please be aware that this tour is only available on Thursdays.
Later in the day, you will be transported to your accommodation in Launceston. Utilize the Hobart Transit Centre for a seamless connection to the scheduled transfer from Hobart to Launceston. Upon checking in at your hotel, take some time to explore the surrounding areas. Enjoy an overnight stay at a luxurious Launceston hotel.
Day 6: Launceston Tour
Choose between the Full Day SIC Cradle Mountains National Park Tour or the Full Day SIC Bays of Fire Tour departing from Launceston to discover Tasmania’s breathtaking natural attractions. Afterward, relax and unwind at your Launceston hotel for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 7: Depart Launceston
Say goodbye to Tasmania as you check out from your accommodation in Launceston. Arrange for a private transfer to Launceston Airport (LST) for your next flight.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
