    Itinerary

    Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi

    Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be greeted by our tour manager who will escort you to Nainital. The scenic journey to Nainital lasts approximately 7 hours. Upon reaching your hotel, take some time to unwind and settle in. Later in the day, experience a delightful boat ride on the picturesque Naini Lake, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
    Retire for the night at the hotel.

    Day 2 : Nainital Full Day Tour

    Following a delightful Pahadi breakfast, the tour will commence. Nainital is renowned for its esteemed British colonial-era schools and derives its name from the revered Naina Devi Temple situated on the shores of the lake.

    Afterwards, return to the hotel for a satisfying dinner and enjoy a peaceful night in Nainital.

    Day 3 : Nainital – Kausani

    Today, you will travel to Kausani through Almora, a charming village nestled in the hills known for its diverse flora and fauna. Often likened to the Switzerland of India, Kausani offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan Mountain range, showcasing peaks such as Nanda Devi, Nandakot, and Panchchuli.

    During your time in Kausani, you can explore attractions like the Gandhi Ashram, Bajinath Temple, Shawl Factory, and Girihas Tea Factory. Additionally, engage in exciting activities such as rock climbing, rappelling, trekking, camping, and bird watching.

    Conclude your day with a delightful dinner at your hotel and relish your experience in Kausani.

    Day 4 : Kausani Full Day Tour

    Following breakfast, dedicate the day to discovering attractions that were not covered during yesterday’s tour, such as exploring Bageshwar and experiencing the beauty of Rudradhari Falls.

    Day 5 : Kausani – Corbett National Park

    Following breakfast, your journey will take you to Corbett National Park through Ranikhet. En route, you will also explore attractions such as Chaubatia, Hairakhan Temple, and Bhalu Dam.

    Ranikhet is a picturesque hill station offering stunning views of the Himalayas. Chaubatia is renowned for its terraced orchards producing a variety of fruits including apples, peaches, plums, and apricots. Bhalu Dam, an artificial lake, is situated approximately 3 km away from Chaubatia.

    Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind for the night in Corbett.

    Day 6 : Corbett National Park

    Established in 1936, the Jim Corbett National Park is a key component of the Corbett Tiger Reserve, housing a significant tiger population along with more than 50 other mammal species. Begin your exploration with a thrilling jeep safari, then expand your activities to include hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, trekking, fishing, and bird watching. Don’t miss a visit to the Garija Temple.

    After a day of adventures, return to your hotel for a restful night in Corbett.

    Day 7 : Corbett – Haridwar

    After enjoying breakfast, depart from your hotel in Corbett and make your way to Haridwar, a sacred city known for hosting the Kumbh Mela every 12 years. Situated along the banks of the Ganga River, Haridwar is renowned for its temples such as the Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Maa Temple, and Har ki Pauri. Be sure to witness the Ganga Aarti ceremony at the Har ki Pauri, a mesmerizing experience not to be missed.

    Day 8 : Haridwar – Mussoorie Via Rishikesh

    After enjoying a delightful breakfast made with local ingredients, begin your journey towards Mussoorie. Along the way, you will come across notable landmarks such as Laxman Jhula, Swargashram, and the Kunjapuri Camp.

    Upon arrival, settle into your hotel and take some time to discover the surrounding area. Be sure to visit The Mall for shopping and experience the ropeway for a unique perspective of the town.

    Finish off your day by returning to your hotel for a relaxing evening in Mussoorie.

    Day 9 : Mussoorie Full Day Tour

    Known as the Queen of the Hills, Mussoorie is a picturesque hill station offering breathtaking views of the Doon Valley and Shiwalik ranges. A must-see attraction in Mussoorie is the renowned Kempty Falls. Be sure to embark on a ropeway tour to Gun Hill, the second-highest peak in the area.

    After a day of exploration, retreat to your hotel for a peaceful night in Mussoorie.

    Day 10 : Depart Mussoorie

    Following breakfast, complete check-out procedures at the hotel before departing for Delhi. En route, you will have the opportunity to explore Dehradun, the vibrant capital of Uttarakhand. Upon reaching Delhi, you can proceed to board your train or flight for your journey back home.

    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
