Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Upon reaching Beijing International Airport, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and facilitate your transfer to the hotel. Following a seamless check-in, you will have the rest of the day to relax and explore at your own pace. Your overnight accommodation will be at the hotel.
Day 2: Exploring Beijing
Commence your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a full day of exploration. Your first stop is the Summer Palace, where you can marvel at the Marble Boat, stroll through the Long Corridor, and browse the Pearl Shop.
Next on the itinerary is a visit to the iconic Tian’anmen Square, renowned as the world’s largest square. Take advantage of the opportunity to delve into the history of the Forbidden City, once the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties for more than five centuries.
Immerse yourself in a Hutong tour, also known as a Rickshaw tour, for a unique glimpse into Beijing’s traditional neighborhoods. Discover the charm of Houhai Lake and its vibrant surroundings in Central Beijing, famous for its lively nightlife. Indulge in a variety of dining options, cafes, pubs, and bars that attract visitors from around the globe.
As the day winds down, treat yourself to a captivating Kung Fu show before retiring to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Day 3: Beijing
Start your day off right with a satisfying breakfast before delving into a city tour that will offer a glimpse into the vibrant culture surrounding Chinese Jade. Your initial destination will be the Longdi Jade Shop, where you will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the skill and detail that goes into Chinese Jade craftsmanship. Following this, you will make your way to the impressive Great Wall-Juyong Pass, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its formidable defensive capabilities. In the later part of the day, take in the modern architectural wonders of the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. As the day draws to a close, head back to the Railway Station for an overnight train journey to Xian.
Day 4: Arrival in Xian
Upon your arrival at Shanghai Hongqiao railway station, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and arrange for your transfer to the hotel. After some time to relax, you will embark on an exciting journey to visit the 2,000-year-old Terra Cotta Warriors, part of Emperor Qin’s underground mausoleum. The day’s itinerary includes stops at a ceramic shop and the Shaanxi Historical Museum, where you can admire exquisite bronzes and porcelain artifacts. In the evening, you can choose to attend a Tang Dynasty performance featuring traditional Chinese dance and music. End the day with a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant before returning to your hotel for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 5: Xi’an
Today, you will start your journey in Xi’an before moving on to Hangzhou, renowned for its silk and tea. Your exploration of Xi’an begins at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square, known for its Buddhist architecture featuring symmetrical pagodas forming a square-like pyramid. Don’t miss the impressive musical fountain and diverse museums in the area.
Next on the agenda is a visit to the Muslim Bazaar, located just 100 meters west of the Bell Tower. This vibrant market is a hub for souvenir shops, mosques, and charming roadside eateries offering hand-pulled noodles, dumplings, and delectable desserts.
Conclude your day in Xi’an with an overnight stay in the city.
Day 6: Xi’an To Hangzhou
Revisit the hotel after breakfast for departure to Hangzhou. The travel time is approximately 7 to 8 hours, followed by hotel check-in. Take the opportunity to discover the city for the remainder of the day. Consider visiting Flower Harbour to observe fish or taking a boat excursion on West Lake. If time permits, indulge in shopping at the Hangzhou Silk Shop.
Day 7: Hangzhou to Shanghai
Start your day off right with a fulfilling breakfast before diving into an exciting city tour. Kick things off by paying a visit to Lingyin Temple to receive blessings from the divine. Following this, hop in a car and make your way to Shanghai. Upon arrival, take some time to explore People Square and Nanjing Road for a spot of shopping. Next, venture to the captivating Yuyuan Garden, where you can marvel at the scenic nine zigzag bridge, golden fishpond, quaint bridges, and pavilions. Be sure to wander through the bustling Yu Market and Taoist temple in Shanghai. To wrap up the day, retire to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Day 8: Exploring Shanghai
Begin your day bright and early by heading to the well-known Jade Buddha Temple, a significant Buddhist sanctuary in Shanghai. Enjoy a refreshing cup of tea at a nearby tea shop before continuing your journey to Taobao City for a delightful shopping experience. If time permits, consider visiting the Shanghai Aquarium and taking in the sights of the picturesque Bund area. - As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
