Day 1: Arrive In Athens
Greetings and welcome to Athens! Upon landing at the Athens International Airport, our dedicated tour manager will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, our knowledgeable tour guide will provide a detailed overview of the itinerary. The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy as you explore the local surroundings of the hotel.

Day 2: Athens City Tour
Following a delightful breakfast buffet, embark on a journey through Athens, a city with a rich history spanning over 3,400 years and often hailed as the cradle of Western Civilization. Today’s itinerary includes visits to iconic landmarks such as the Panathenaic Stadium, the site of the inaugural Olympic Games in 1896.
Continuing the tour, you will have the opportunity to explore Maximos Mansion, the official residence of the Prime Minister. Other highlights on the agenda encompass the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Greek Parliament, the Monument to the Unknown Soldier, Constitution Square, the National Archaeological Museum, and Mount Lycabettus.
No visit to Athens would be complete without experiencing its most renowned attractions – the Acropolis and the Parthenon. Immerse yourself in the architectural marvels and numerous statues at the Acropolis Museum, showcasing the city’s ancient treasures.
Day 3: Athens To Paros
Following your morning meal, board the ferry headed to Paros. Enjoy a leisurely 3-hour voyage with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Upon arrival, settle into your hotel and take the opportunity to discover the surrounding areas for the remainder of the day.
Day 4: Paros
Following a delightful breakfast buffet, venture out to discover Paros, an enchanting city renowned for its white marble quarries, pristine beaches, secluded coves, and sun-kissed hillside residences. Paros is also known for its charming traditional villages and awe-inspiring natural landscapes. In addition to immersing yourself in the picturesque surroundings, consider a visit to the historic Delos Island or the nearby Antiparos Island.
Day 5: Paros to Santorini
Begin your day with breakfast before boarding the ferry to Santorini. Enjoy a scenic 2-hour journey with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and neighboring islands. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and take the opportunity to explore the charming surroundings for the remainder of the day.
Day 6: Santorini
After enjoying your morning meal, embark on an exploration of Santorini, the renowned island located in the Aegean Sea. Known for its unparalleled beaches, iconic white-washed structures, charming blue-domed churches, and breathtaking cliffs, Santorini offers a romantic retreat for couples seeking to capture the island’s renowned Caldera and sunset in photographs. Spend the evening immersing yourself in the city’s offerings and retreat to a luxurious hotel for the night.
For those seeking additional adventure, consider visiting the island’s volcanoes, hot springs, and vibrant beaches. Be sure not to overlook the fascinating archaeological digs at Akrotiri.
Day 7: Depart Santorini
Say goodbye to the picturesque city as you make your way to Santorini International Airport for your return journey home or to embark on the next part of your European tour package.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
