Day 1: Arrive in Athens

Upon your arrival at Athens International Airport, our dedicated tour manager will be there to welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, prepare to immerse yourself in the rich history of Athens. With a history dating back over 3,500 years, Athens is widely regarded as the birthplace of Western Civilization.
Embark on an evening city tour led by our knowledgeable guide, which includes a delightful dinner and a traditional folk show. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to explore prominent landmarks such as the Port of Piraeus, Europe’s largest passenger port, and the grand City Hall. Additionally, you will visit the charming Mikrolimano Harbour, the impressive Temple of Olympian Zeus, the solemn Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the serene National Garden, the iconic Parliament Building, and the esteemed National Library. Begin your exploration of Athens with a stroll through Plaka, a historic neighborhood renowned for its ancient charm. Conclude the evening with a delectable dinner at one of the many esteemed taverns in the area, where you can savor traditional Greek cuisine amidst lively folk dances.

After a fulfilling day of sightseeing, return to your comfortable hotel accommodation and retire for the night in the captivating city of Athens.

Day 2: Athens to Mykonos

Following breakfast, embark on a ferry journey to Mykonos, known for its breathtaking views. The trip typically lasts around two and a half hours. Upon reaching Mykonos, our knowledgeable guide will assist you in transferring to your hotel. This picturesque island boasts luxurious nightclubs, iconic whitewashed windmills, and pristine beaches.

Take the remainder of the day to discover the charming locales surrounding your accommodation.

Day 3: Mykonos Full Day Cruise

After enjoying your breakfast, embark on a full-day cruise to the picturesque southern coast of Mykonos. This charming destination in the Aegean Sea provides the perfect setting to unwind and appreciate the tranquil waters. Departing from a traditional kaiki, a classic fishing boat crafted from pine wood, you will explore the enchanting Dragonissi, an uninhabited island in the Aegean Sea.

Upon returning to Mykonos, make a stop at Frangias beach for snorkelling and swimming. Continue your journey to Kalafati Beach, where a delicious lunch awaits at one of the seaside eateries. Following your meal, bask in the sun at the beach before heading to Paradise Beach for some thrilling water sports. Conclude your cruise at Ornos Beach before returning to your accommodations in Athens for a restful evening.

Day 4: Mykonos to Santorini

After enjoying breakfast, you will depart from the hotel to board your ferry to Santorini. The scenic journey typically lasts 2 to 3 hours, offering breathtaking views along the way. Upon reaching the island, our tour manager will assist you in transferring to your accommodation. Santorini is renowned for its striking multi-colored cliffs, iconic white houses, volcanic landscapes, and fascinating history.

Once you have checked in, take the evening to relax and explore the hotel’s surroundings at your leisure. Embrace the charm of Santorini as you unwind for the night in this captivating destination.

Day 5: Santorini Full Day Tour

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast buffet before embarking on an exploration of the picturesque island. Visit iconic landmarks such as Skaros Rock, the ancient ruins of Thera, and Akrotiri. Don’t miss out on a Caldera tour to witness breathtaking views of the volcanoes.

Conclude your day by spending the night in Santorini.

Day 6: Santorini to Athens

Rejuvenate yourself with a traditional Greek breakfast to start your day, then proceed to check out of the hotel and make your way to Athens. Our tour representatives will assist you with the transfer to your hotel. Spend the evening exploring and enjoying the vibrant city of Athens.

Day 7: Depart Athens

Following breakfast, complete check-out procedures at the hotel and proceed to the airport for your return flight home or to continue your Greece tour package.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
