Day 1: Arrive in Agra – Taj Mahal

Upon your arrival in Agra, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and assist you in reaching your hotel. After completing the check-in process, take some time to unwind before embarking on your exploration. Marvel at the enchanting beauty of the Taj Mahal, a renowned Wonder of the World. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Agra – Jaipur – Albert Hall Museum – Hawa Mahal – Jantar Mantar – City Palace – Water Palace

Indulge in a delightful breakfast before embarking on a journey to Jaipur, also known as the Pink City. Upon arrival, explore the city’s prominent attractions.
Begin your tour at the renowned Albert Hall Museum, the oldest museum in Rajasthan. Next, marvel at the stunning Hawa Mahal, a palace constructed with red and pink sandstone. Then, visit the Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site boasting the world’s largest stone sundial. Conclude your day with visits to the City Palace and Water Palace. Retire for the night at your Jaipur hotel.

Day 3: Jaipur – Delhi

Begin your day with breakfast before departing for Delhi. Along the journey, take a break to explore the Amer Palace Fort, a striking blend of red sandstone and marble. After a day of sightseeing, unwind at your hotel in Delhi for a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 4: Delhi – Birla Mandir – Lotus Temple – Rajghat – Indira Gandhi Memorial

Experience a day of exploring the vibrant city of Delhi and immersing yourself in its top tourist attractions. Begin your journey at Birla Mandir, also known as Shri Laxmi Narayan Temple, the first Hindu temple constructed in Delhi. Next, marvel at the lotus-inspired architecture of the Lotus Temple.

Pay your respects at Rajghat, a memorial site marking the cremation of Mahatma Gandhi following his tragic assassination in 1948. Conclude your day with a visit to the Indira Gandhi Memorial, the former residence of the esteemed leader, Indira Gandhi.

Day 5: Delhi – Akshardham Temple – India Gate

After finishing your breakfast, make your way to the Akshardham Temple, a Hindu temple located within a complex adorned with verdant gardens, lawns, and intricate bronze statues. Conclude your day with a visit to India Gate, a poignant war memorial erected to commemorate the courageous soldiers who gave their lives for their nation.

Day 6: Depart Delhi

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel before heading to Karol Bagh for some shopping. Later in the day, make your way to Delhi Railway Station for your journey back home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
