Day 1 : Arrive In Munich
Upon your arrival at Munich International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour manager who will assist you in transferring to your hotel. After checking in, you can enjoy the evening at your leisure, exploring the nearby attractions.

Day 2 : Munich City Tour
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, embark on a hop-on hop-off tour to explore the city. Gain insights into various landmarks with informative commentaries available in 8 languages. Some notable attractions on the tour include Nyphenburg Palace, Olympiapark, Viktualienmarkt, Altes Rathaus, Marienplatz, Glockenspiel, Neues Rathaus, BMW Museum, and the English Garden. Day 3 : Munich – Neuschwanstein – Linderhof

Day 4 : Munich – Stuttgart
Indulge in a delightful breakfast buffet at the hotel before making your way to Munich Train Station for your journey to Stuttgart. The scenic train ride typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours, offering picturesque views along the way. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to unwind before embarking on Stuttgart’s Hop On-Hop Off tour.
Discover key tourist attractions in Stuttgart as you listen to informative audio guides available in 8 different languages. Highlights of the tour include visits to the Mercedes–Benz Museum, Porshe Museum, Palace Square, Museum of Illusions, and Stuttgart Wine Museum.

Day 5 : Stuttgart – Baden-Baden
Following breakfast, continue your exploration of the city with a Hop-On-Hop-Off tour. Today’s itinerary includes visiting Killesberg Park, Wilhelma, and Castle Solitude, ensuring you catch all the sights you missed yesterday. Afterward, return to the hotel for lunch before embarking on the next stage of your journey.
Board a train bound for Baden-Baden, enjoying a scenic 2-hour journey through the picturesque landscapes and cultural landmarks of the country. Upon arrival in Baden-Baden, check in to your hotel and take the evening to discover the surrounding areas.

Day 6 : Baden-Baden And Titisee (Black Forest)
Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a tour of the picturesque town of Baden-Baden. Highlights of your itinerary include visits to Hohenbaden Castle, Merkur Mountain, Museum Frieder Burda, and the renowned Baden-Baden Casino.
Next, head to the Baden-Baden train station to catch a train to Titisee. The scenic journey lasts approximately 3 hours, offering breathtaking views of the Black Forest mountains. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel in Baden-Baden.
Conclude your day by enjoying a relaxing evening in Baden-Baden.
Day 7 : Titisee (Black Forest)
Start your day with breakfast before venturing out to discover the charming town of Baden-Baden, located in the scenic Black Forest region. Titisee, a picturesque town known for its breathtaking beauty, is nestled within the Black Forest. Its name, meaning Lake Titi, originates from the highest lake in the forest, which was formed during the last ice age.
Enjoy an overnight stay in Titisee to fully immerse yourself in its natural splendor.
Day 8 : Depart From Titisee
Following breakfast, make your way to the Titisee Train station for convenient access to Frankfurt or Zurich, where you can catch your flight back home or continue on to the next destination of your travel itinerary.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
