Upon your arrival at Dublin International Airport, our tour manager will assist you with the necessary transfer procedures. Following check-in, you are free to spend the remainder of the day discovering the various attractions located in close proximity to your hotel.

Day 2: Dublin Full Day Tour

Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast buffet or indulge in a traditional full Irish breakfast. Embark on a comprehensive full-day tour aboard the Hop On Hop Off service. Tickets for this tour are valid for 48 hours, allowing you the flexibility to join or depart at your convenience. Highlights of the tour include visits to Trinity College, the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Kilmainham Gaol, and the Old Jameson Distillery.

Take a break for lunch, where you can savor international cuisine or sample local Irish delicacies. The remainder of the day is yours to wander through the charming streets and hidden gems of the city.

Day 3: Dublin to Galway

Upon departing your hotel in Dublin, make your way to catch a train to Galway, where the journey typically lasts around 3 hours. Situated on the west coast of Ireland, Galway stands out as a place where the Irish language is still commonly spoken. Embark on the Old Galway City Tour, allowing visitors to delve into the city’s ancient history while relaxing on a vintage double-decker bus.

Among the notable sites to explore in Galway are Eyre Square, Galway Cathedral, and the Galway City Museum. Day 4: Galway – Cliff of Moher

After enjoying a substantial breakfast, embark on a journey to Burren to witness one of Ireland’s most renowned attractions – the Cliffs of Moher. They provide an exceptional vantage point to observe the diverse flora and fauna of the region, which includes a remarkable array of 20 different bird species.

Day 5: Galway to Dublin

Before departing Galway, be sure to check out of your hotel in order to catch your train back to Dublin. Allocate some time to explore the various markets in Dublin, where you can browse and purchase unique academic books, artwork, jewelry, souvenirs, as well as locally made jams, juices, and handmade accessories.

Conclude your journey with an overnight stay in Dublin.

Day 6: Depart Dublin

Recede from your accommodation in Dublin and make your way to Dublin International Airport for the next part of your European tour package or to catch your return flight home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
