Day 1: Arrival in Nadi
Upon arrival at Nadi International Airport, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and accompany you to your hotel. Once you have settled in, you have the freedom to enjoy the day at your leisure. Whether you prefer engaging in exciting activities, taking a leisurely walk on the beautiful white sandy beaches, or simply soaking in the holiday atmosphere, the decision is yours to make. Wrap up the day by returning to the resort for a tranquil overnight stay.
Day 2: Island Retreat
Begin your morning with a nourishing breakfast, followed by immersing yourself in the crystal-clear waters for snorkeling experiences amidst colorful coral reefs. Discover the serene ocean with a diving adventure or immerse yourself in the vibrant Fijian culture at a nearby village. Recharge your body, mind, and spirit with a luxurious spa treatment. Additionally, partake in various non-motorized activities including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, tennis, hiking, and table tennis. As the day comes to an end, retreat back to the hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 3: Island Resort
Start your day with a delicious morning meal, followed by a leisurely day at your own rhythm. A wide range of activities is available for you to enjoy, such as a relaxing herbal medicine stroll, fascinating glass-bottom boat tours, interactive basket weaving workshops, lively beach volleyball games, and the opportunity to book a private boat rental, among other enticing choices. For those interested, there is also the option to organize a picturesque picnic on a remote island or set off on a boat excursion to discover the neighboring islands. As evening approaches, retreat back to the hotel for a tranquil night’s rest.
Day 4: SavUsavu (Namale Island Resort)
After enjoying a delicious and satisfying breakfast, start your day with a catamaran ride to Port Denarau. Upon arrival, a dedicated driver will greet you and take you to Nadi Airport for your domestic flight to SavUsavu. Upon arrival in SavUsavu, head to the luxurious Namale Island Resort, where lush rainforests meet the sparkling ocean. This exclusive 5-star boutique resort is a sanctuary known for its exceptional service. Your day at the resort is packed with exciting water activities, including waterfall hikes, scenic hill treks, tennis, horseback riding, mountain biking, water skiing, kayaking, and more. Be sure not to miss the opportunity to join a memorable dolphin-watching cruise in the enchanting Natewa Bay, where you can observe skilled trainers hand-feeding these majestic creatures. Your tour includes lunch and dinner, and you will spend the night in comfort at the resort.
Day 5: Savusavu (Namale Island Resort)
Begin your day at the luxurious Namale Island Resort with a delightful breakfast. Enjoy the hours ahead at your leisure, immersed in the resort’s captivating atmosphere. As the sun sets, retreat back to the resort for a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 6: Savusavu – Nadi
After enjoying a delicious breakfast in Savusavu, you will say goodbye to your accommodation and head to the domestic departure terminal for your Pacific Sun flight to Nadi. Upon arrival in Nadi, our friendly tour representatives will assist you with a smooth transfer to your selected hotel. Use the day to engage in various exciting activities, and when evening arrives, return to your resort for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 7: Depart from Nadi
Start your last day in Fiji by enjoying a quick and pleasant breakfast, followed by a visit to Nadi Airport. Take this time to reflect on your Fijian journey as you wait for your flight.
Tour Information
- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
