Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Srinagar – Shikara Ride & Houseboat Stay On arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your beautiful houseboat on Dal Lake. After check-in, relax and enjoy a Shikara ride through the peaceful waters of Dal Lake, passing by floating gardens and markets. Spend your evening soaking in the serene beauty with your family. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 2
Srinagar to Gulmarg – A Snowy Adventure After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hrs), one of the most beautiful and family-friendly destinations in Kashmir. Enjoy the Gondola ride (cable car) up to Apharwat Peak, and play in the snow with your kids. You can also enjoy pony rides and take in the panoramic views. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3
Srinagar to Pahalgam – Valley of Shepherds Today, head to the scenic town of Pahalgam (approx. 2.5–3 hrs), nestled on the banks of the Lidder River. En route, visit Avantipura Ruins and Saffron fields. On arrival, check in and relax. You can take an optional pony ride to Baisaran Valley, also known as mini Switzerland. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 4
Pahalgam to Srinagar – Local Sightseeing After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and later enjoy a sightseeing tour covering the famous Mughal Gardens – Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Also, visit the historic Shankaracharya Temple for a panoramic view of Srinagar. Spend your evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 5
Excursion to Sonamarg – Meadows of Gold After breakfast, take a full-day trip to Sonamarg (approx. 2.5 hrs), a stunning alpine valley surrounded by glaciers and snowy peaks. Enjoy activities like sledding, horse riding, or simply relax by the Sindh River. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 6
Departure from Srinagar After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may do some quick shopping for Kashmiri handicrafts, dry fruits, or Pashmina shawls. You will then be transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, taking along beautiful memories of your Kashmir family holiday.
Tour Information
- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
