Day 1: Night Safari

Upon arrival in Singapore, our tour representatives will be waiting to welcome you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. Once you have checked in and refreshed yourself, you can enjoy a leisurely lunch at the hotel’s dining area before getting some well-deserved rest.
In the evening, our adventure will commence with a visit to the Night Safari, which is renowned as the world’s pioneering nocturnal zoo. Here, you will have the unique opportunity to encounter a variety of fascinating animals, including Asian Elephants, Malayan tigers, and fishing cats up close.

Day 2: Gardens By The Bay – National Gallery Singapore – Chinatown

Embark on the second day of your journey by exploring Gardens By The Bay, a sprawling nature park spanning 101 hectares and featuring three stunning waterfront gardens. Next on the itinerary is a visit to the National Gallery, where you can immerse yourself in a captivating display of Southeast Asian art and culture. Conclude the day with a visit to Chinatown, where you can indulge in delectable oriental cuisine and browse for unique souvenirs. Cap off the evening by boarding the Star Virgo Cruise.

Day 3: Penang

The cruise docks in Penang early in the morning, allowing you to discover the wonders of this Malaysian state. Take a tour of the Tropical Spice Garden to marvel at its diverse plant life, explore the Kek Lok Si Temple, and visit the historic Pinang Peranakan Mansion. Enjoy an overnight stay aboard the luxurious Star Virgo Cruise.

Day 4: Phuket

On the fourth day of your journey, the cruise will arrive at Phuket. Here, you can explore Patong Beach, experience snorkelling, and visit the Wat Chalong temple. Afterwards, you will board the Star Virgo Cruise for your return trip to Singapore.

Day 5: Back to Singapore – Sentosa Island Tour

On the fifth day of your Singapore vacation, immerse yourself in the unique charm of Sentosa Island. Explore a variety of activities such as dolphin interactions, cable car rides, and a visit to Palawan Beach.

Day 6: Universal Studios

Universal Studios Singapore stands as the inaugural theme park of its kind in Southeast Asia. For those seeking an exhilarating experience and a nostalgic journey through iconic films such as Transformers, The Mummy, and Jurassic Park, this destination is ideal.

Day 7: Depart from Singapore

Recede from your hotel and proceed to the airport for your return flight home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
