Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Upon arriving at Beijing International Airport, our tour representatives will be there to welcome you and help you transfer to your hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be treated to a refreshing welcome drink as a gesture of our warm hospitality. Later in the day, you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Bird’s Nest (Olympic National Stadium) and the Water Cube (exterior only). Your overnight accommodation will be at the hotel.
Day 2: Exploring Beijing
Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a full day of exploration. Begin by visiting Tian’anmen Square, known as the largest square globally, followed by a tour of the iconic Forbidden City. This historic palace complex was once the seat of power for emperors during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
Next, enjoy a visit to a renowned pearl shop before heading to the picturesque Summer Palace. Here, take in sights such as the Marble Boat and the enchanting Long Corridor. In the evening, treat yourself to a mesmerizing Kung Fu show before heading back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 3: Beijing to Shanghai by Train
Start your day off right with a nourishing breakfast to fuel yourself for a day of exploration. Begin your journey by visiting the Longdi Jade shop, where you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Chinese Jade Culture. Next, continue your adventure by visiting the majestic Great Wall at Juyong Pass, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its impressive defensive structures.
After this unforgettable experience, head to the railway station for your train journey to Shanghai. Upon reaching the bustling city, your tour operator will be on hand to assist with a seamless transfer to your hotel. Take some time to relax and settle in before enjoying a comfortable overnight stay in Shanghai.
Day 4: Shanghai
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast and set off on a cultural exploration at the Shanghai Museum. This prestigious establishment is home to a vast collection of ancient artifacts that provide valuable insights into ancient wisdom and philosophy. With its three exhibition halls and eleven galleries, the museum offers a delightful experience for visitors to delve into.
Continue your journey by visiting People Square and Nanjing Road, ideal locations for shopping. Explore a silk shop and then wander through the enchanting Yuyuan Garden, featuring a charming golden fishpond, scenic bridges, and peaceful pavilions. Your adventure carries on with a visit to Yu Market and a quick photo opportunity outside the bustling TV Market.
As the day transitions to evening, treat yourself to a relaxing Huangpu River Cruise and admire the dazzling city lights. Conclude your day with a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel after this enjoyable experience.
Day 5: Departure from Shanghai
Start your day with a delicious breakfast, then enjoy some time exploring the city and treating yourself to some shopping. Head to the airport in the afternoon to catch your departing flight.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.

- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
