Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Beijing
Upon arrival at Beijing Capital International Airport, our tour representative will warmly welcome you and assist with transportation to your hotel. After a smooth check-in process and a refreshing welcome drink, you will embark on a day of exploring the city.
Your first destination will be the iconic Beijing National Stadium, famously known as the Bird’s Nest. This architectural marvel was constructed for the 2008 Summer Olympics and Paralympics, and later repurposed for the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Here, you will also have the opportunity to visit the National Aquatics Center, known as the Water Cube, a renowned swimming facility.
Retire for the evening at your hotel after a fulfilling day of sightseeing.
Day 2: Beijing City Tour
Begin your day in Beijing by enjoying a delightful breakfast at your hotel before embarking on a journey to explore some of the city’s renowned attractions. Start your day at Tiananmen Square, a significant city square housing the Monument to the People’s Heroes, the National Museum of China, the Great Hall of the People, and the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong.
Next, make your way to the Forbidden City, one of the largest and best-preserved wooden structures globally, for a historical and cultural experience. Following this, visit the Summer Palace, a complex featuring palaces, gardens, and lakes, where you can admire the Marble Boat and the impressive 728-meter-long Long Corridor.
Take a break at the Hongqiao Market for a shopping excursion to find exquisite pearls before concluding your day with a Gongfu tea ceremony to discover the traditional Chinese tea preparation method.
Day 3: Beijing – Shanghai
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on an exciting adventure. Visit the Longdi Jade Factory to witness the exquisite art of jade carving. Explore the Great Wall of China, a UNESCO World Heritage Site constructed to defend the Eurasian Steppe from nomadic tribes. Don’t miss the impressive Juyong Pass, an 18 km long mountain pass along the wall.
In the evening, catch a train to Shanghai where our tour guides will greet you at the station. They will assist you in transferring to your hotel for a comfortable night’s stay and relaxation.
Day 4: Shanghai City Tour
Begin your day by enjoying a hearty breakfast before embarking on a journey to discover the vibrant city of Shanghai. Start your exploration at the renowned Shanghai Museum, home to some of China’s most exquisite art collections. Indulge your shopping desires at People’s Square and don’t miss a visit to the Silk Market.
Marvel at the breathtaking beauty of Yu Garden, complete with its serene cloisters, tranquil ponds, intricate rockeries, and charming pavilions. Uncover unique handicrafts, traditional antiques, flavorful teas, and stylish clothing at the bustling Yuyuan Market. Wander through the historic Bund, a protected area rich in history and offering stunning waterfront views. End your day by immersing yourself in a cultural performance aboard a Huangpu River Cruise.
Day 5: Depart Shanghai
Following breakfast, complete the check-out process at your hotel and take some time for shopping. Subsequently, you will be chauffeured to Shanghai Pudong International Airport to catch your return flight home.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
