Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo

Upon arrival at Tokyo Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to unwind and enjoy. Rest for the night at your hotel in Tokyo.

Day 2: Tokyo – City Tour

Experience a delightful breakfast before starting a half-day city tour of Tokyo. Gather at specified locations (Tokyo hotels) and hop on the bus. Begin the tour from the Bus Terminal, where you will visit renowned landmarks like Meiji Shrine, showcasing exquisite Japanese shrine design. Pass by the National Diet Building and wander through the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. Next, explore Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street. Wrap up the day at Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Entrance. You can head back to the hotel at your leisure. Spend the night at the hotel in Tokyo.

Day 3: Tokyo – Mt. Fuji & Hakone

Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before embarking on a journey to discover the beauty of Mt. Fuji and Hakone. Gather at designated meeting points in Tokyo hotels and hop on the bus. Witness the majestic Mt. Fuji 5th Station, enjoy a leisurely Lake Ashi Cruise, and take in the stunning views from the Mt. Komagatake Ropeway. Bid farewell to Hakone as you return to Tokyo via bus, concluding the tour in Ginza. Make your own way back to your hotel in Tokyo for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Tokyo – Osaka

Start your day with a delightful breakfast before heading to Tokyo Station. Catch the Shinkansen Train from Tokyo to Osaka. Once you arrive in Osaka, make your own way to your hotel. Check in and savor a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Osaka.

Day 5: Osaka – Kyoto & Nara Full Day Tour

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before setting off on an exciting tour of Kyoto and Nara. Your journey will take you to iconic landmarks such as Nijo Castle, Todaiji Temple, and the stunning Kinkaku-ji Temple. Explore the historic Imperial Palace, once home to the Imperial Family, before heading to Nara to marvel at Todaiji Temple, renowned as the world’s largest wooden structure. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit Kasuga Shrine and Nara Nagomikan. Your tour will end upon reaching Osaka Station, from where you can make your own way to the hotel for an overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 6: Depart from Osaka

Following breakfast, make your way to the airport to board your flight to either your next destination or back to your hometown.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
