Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Upon arriving in the prestigious city of Cairo, you will promptly be escorted to your chosen hotel. Upon check-in, you will have the chance to relax and recharge after your travels. As the sun sets, you will enjoy a captivating experience – the Sound and Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza, a fascinating retelling of ancient Egyptian history. You can look forward to a restful night at your Cairo hotel.
Day 2: Cairo
As the sun rises, a delicious breakfast will kickstart your day of exploration. Your first stop will be the iconic Great Pyramids of Giza, a marvel of the ancient world that continues to impress with its grandeur. Next, the Egyptian Museum awaits with its unmatched collection of historical artifacts, followed by a visit to the Khan El Khalil Bazaar, known for its vibrant shopping scene. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace before returning to your cozy accommodation in Cairo for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 3: Cairo to Aswan, Embark on a Nile Cruise
After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, you will be elegantly transported to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon reaching Aswan, you will be guided to the cruise terminal to begin your voyage on the Nile Cruise. The day’s schedule includes stops at the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the magnificent Philae Temple. You will spend the night on the cruise, enjoying meals of breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a relaxing atmosphere.
Day 4: Exploration Aboard the Nile Cruise
Indulge in a delightful breakfast as you prepare for today’s journey to the remarkable Kom Ombo temple, a unique structure dedicated to two deities. Located in the Egyptian town of Kom Ombo, this temple, known as the Temple of Kom Ombo, is a stunning example of architecture from the Ptolemaic dynasty. Following your visit to Kom Ombo, the next stop on your itinerary is Edfu, where you will explore the magnificent Temple of Horus. This temple features a monumental statue of Horus in the form of a majestic falcon, which greets visitors at the entrance to the main temple complex. As the day comes to a close, you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner on board the cruise ship.
Day 5: Luxor’s Temples and Treasures
Begin your day with a nutritious breakfast before embarking on a captivating journey through the historic city of Luxor in Upper Egypt. Explore the magnificent Karnak and Luxor temples, as well as the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Two Colossi of Memnon. Day 6: Nile Cruise – Luxor – Sharm el-Sheikh
As the sun rises, begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before disembarking from the Nile cruise. Your next stop is the captivating Sharm el-Sheikh, a renowned holiday resort known for its vibrant underwater ecosystems perfect for diving and snorkeling. Upon reaching Sharm El Sheikh, you will be smoothly transferred to your hotel for a seamless check-in process. The day can be spent leisurely enjoying the surroundings before retiring for the night at the hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh.
Day 7: Sharm el-Sheikh
After starting your day with a satisfying breakfast, you have the opportunity to plan out your day as you wish. One appealing option is a full-day trip to Tiran Island aboard a yacht. Your journey begins with a luxurious transfer from your accommodation to the Red Sea jetty. There, you will board a snorkelling cruise boat and set off on an exciting exploration of the sea, led by a knowledgeable guide. Prepare to be amazed by the vibrant colors and intricate patterns of the marine life, as well as the beauty of the coral reefs. After your adventure, you can relax once more at your hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh.
Day 8: Depart Sharm el-Sheikh – Cairo by Road
As your hotel stay in Sharm el-Sheikh comes to an end, it is time to say goodbye to this beautiful destination. Your journey for the day will involve a scenic road trip from Sharm el-Sheikh to Cairo, where you will catch your connecting flight. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport to board your departing flight.

- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
