Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in New York
Welcome to the bustling city known as The Big Apple and The City That Never Sleeps. New York stands out as America’s largest and most vibrant metropolis, serving as a hub for both business and culture. Renowned for its remarkable achievements, the city has a long-standing reputation as a global center for commerce and finance. Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be smoothly escorted to your hotel. Relax and unwind with an overnight stay at your hotel in New York City.
Day 2: New York City Tour
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you will begin an extensive city tour of New York. Your first stop will be the iconic Statue of Liberty, a well-known landmark in the USA. To get to Liberty Island, you will take a ferry ride, providing a stunning view of the New York City skyline.
Next, you will visit the One World Observatory at the World Trade Center, where you can experience a memorable panoramic view of the city. Throughout the day, the tour will guide you to various important locations such as Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Ground Zero, Central Park, Times Square, the United Nations, and properties owned by Trump.
After a day of exploration, you will head back to your hotel in New York for an overnight stay.
Day 3: New York to Washington
Begin your day with a nourishing breakfast before embarking on your journey to Washington, D.C., the esteemed capital of the United States of America known for its rich history and iconic landmarks. In addition to being the hub of the federal government, tourism is a key economic driver for D.C., attracting close to twenty million visitors each year. After checking into your hotel upon arrival, take some time to unwind and enjoy the evening at your accommodation in Washington.
Day 4: Washington City Exploration
After enjoying breakfast, you will have the chance to discover the capital city of the United States. Your schedule will feature visits to key landmarks including the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, Capitol Building, Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Union Station, World War II Memorial Building, Pentagon, and Washington Monument. Spend another evening at your hotel in Washington.
Day 5: Washington – Buffalo – USA Side Niagara Falls – Niagara
Today, you will travel to Buffalo and then proceed to the picturesque town of Niagara, known for its iconic falls, a globally recognized natural marvel. Upon reaching your destination, settle into your hotel, freshen up, and browse the charming local shops for unique souvenirs. In the evening, savor a delicious dinner at the hotel before considering a visit to the nearby casinos at your leisure. Relax and enjoy your overnight accommodation in Niagara.
Day 6: Niagara – Visit the Famous USA Side of Niagara Falls
Today, you will embark on the famous Maid of the Mist boat tour, offering a close-up view of the majestic American and Horseshoe Falls (available seasonally). - As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
