Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi and City Tour
Upon your arrival at Hanoi International Airport, our local representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your check-in at the hotel. Once you have settled in, we will commence our city tour. Our first stop will be the Temple of Literature, renowned as Vietnam’s inaugural university. Following this, we will proceed to Ba Dinh Square, the largest square in Hanoi, where numerous significant cultural gatherings occur. Subsequently, we will embark on a cyclo journey, a unique bicycle taxi experience, to explore the historic Old Quarter of Hanoi, with a visit to Ngoc Son Temple en route. To conclude the day, we will return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi to Halong
Following a delightful breakfast, we will be embarking on a journey to Halong Bay, a distinguished location designated as a Natural World Heritage site by UNESCO. En route, we will traverse through the picturesque Red River delta, where lush green fields and villages inhabited by diligent farmers engrossed in their agricultural duties, such as ploughing and planting, can be observed. Upon arrival at Halong, we will board a spacious boat to embark on a cruise around the bay and marvel at its breathtaking beauty.
Halong Bay is renowned for its distinctive limestone formations and intricate cave systems nestled within small islands. Following a satisfying lunch onboard, guests have the option to explore a cave, enjoy a refreshing swim, or partake in kayaking activities (additional charges may apply). We will also glide past floating villages and draw near to charming islands to admire their allure.
As night falls, guests can participate in onboard activities or simply unwind and soak in the tranquil ambiance. Both lunch and dinner will be provided on the boat, where we will spend the night.
Day 3: Halong – Hanoi – Danang – Hoi An
Rise early to enjoy a delightful breakfast and witness the enchanting sunrise over the sea, known as the East Sea by the Vietnamese. The picturesque view of the small islands in the bay is truly magical. Following breakfast, our boat will continue its journey through stunning areas, each island boasting its own distinctive name such as Sail Island, Fisherman’s Head Rock, Butterfly Rock, and Turtle Island.
Subsequently, we will return to Hanoi and proceed to Noi Bai International Airport for a flight to Danang. Upon arrival, we will receive a warm welcome at the airport before being transported to the coast, where we will make our way to Hoi An Ancient Town. Check-in at the hotel and spend the night in Hoi An.
Day 4: Hoi An City Tour
Rise and shine to a delectable breakfast to kick off your day. Today’s itinerary includes a picturesque stroll across the iconic Japanese Bridge, renowned for its distinctive tile roof. We will then venture to serene Chinese Assembly Halls and delve into the allure of ancient residences. Immerse yourself in the melodic tunes of Central Vietnamese folk music at historic clubhouses. Subsequently, we can pay a visit to shrines or meander through the bustling market along the Thu Bon river. Amidst this setting, you may find yourself captivated by the enchanting rooftops of Hoi An, evoking a sense of a mystical, ancient world with an Eastern flair that serves as a wellspring of creativity.
Notably, Hoi An is a haven for shopping enthusiasts. Discover a plethora of offerings such as lanterns, luxurious silk fabrics, or opt for personalized tailoring services that can be completed within a single day. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the town at your leisure or embark on a leisurely bike ride along the picturesque Thu Bon river leading to Cua Dai Beach. This evening, our accommodation will be at a hotel in Hoi An.
Day 5: Hoi An to Hue City Tour
Begin your day with a delectable breakfast as we embark on a journey from Hoi An to Hue via the picturesque Hai Van Pass, famously known as the Ocean Cloudy Mountain Pass. En route, we will be treated to the stunning sight of Lang Co Beach before reaching our destination in Hue.
Hue holds the prestigious title of Vietnam’s first Cultural World Heritage site, as designated by UNESCO, celebrated for its historic royal edifices and the quintessential Vietnamese way of life. Our itinerary includes a captivating exploration of the city’s allure with visits to the Royal Citadel, Forbidden City, and the Hue Royal Museum. The tour will also encompass a stop at the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda and an exploration of the impeccably preserved Tombs of King Tu Duc, significant monuments dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries during the reign of the Nguyen Emperors. Our accommodation for the evening will be at a hotel in Hue.
Day 6: From Hue to Saigon
Following breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and be escorted to Hue Airport for a midday flight to Saigon. Upon your arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Saigon, our team will be there to greet you and facilitate your hotel check-in.
In the evening, our city tour will commence at the historic Reunification Palace, marking the site where the Vietnam War came to an end in 1975. Today, it stands as a museum and a venue for official functions. Adjacent to the palace, you will discover the striking Central Post Office, featuring colonial architecture, and the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral, constructed between 1877 and 1883.
A leisurely stroll along Nguyen Hue Street will offer stunning photo opportunities of the Opera House and the Ho Chi Minh Committee (exterior view). Subsequently, you will visit the bustling Ben Thanh Market, a cornerstone of Saigon, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and browse through an array of artisanal products.
Your accommodation for the night will be at a hotel in Saigon, providing you with a comfortable and convenient base for your stay.
Day 7: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels
Following breakfast, our itinerary includes a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a significant relic of the Vietnam War that spans 200 kilometers. These tunnels were meticulously dug by hand and utilized by Vietnamese guerrilla fighters during the conflict, showcasing the intensity of the war. Visitors have the opportunity to experience crawling through certain sections of the tunnels to gain a firsthand understanding of the conditions.
Upon completion of the tunnel exploration, we will return to Saigon and drop you off at your hotel. The evening offers free time for shopping activities (no services provided). Popular destinations for shopping include Ben Thanh Market, the primary market in Saigon, Saigon Square located a short distance from Ben Thanh Market, An Dong Plaza and its adjacent market, and Diamond Plaza. Your accommodation for the night will be at a hotel in Saigon.
Day 8: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon
After enjoying breakfast, your day will begin with a trip to My Tho. Upon arrival, you will embark on a boat journey along the majestic Mekong River, observing the traditional way of life along its banks. A visit to one of the four islands in the vicinity will provide an opportunity for sightseeing. Following this, you will navigate narrow canals lined with water coconut trees in small rowed boats operated by locals. This experience includes visits to local factories, sampling of honey tea, and witnessing the production process of coconut candy milk. Subsequently, a serene horse-cart ride through the peaceful village roads will be offered. A light lunch will be served at a nearby local restaurant by the Mekong River (lunch will be provided). In the afternoon, the journey back to Saigon will commence, with a stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda, renowned for its blend of Chinese, Cambodian, and French architectural influences. The night will be spent at a hotel in Saigon.
Day 9: Depart Saigon
Begin your day by having breakfast, after which you will be taken to the airport for your return journey home or to your next destination.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
