Day 1 : Arrive at Dubai – Miracle Garden – Dhow Cruise

Upon arrival in Dubai, our tour representatives will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. After settling in, your Dubai adventure will kick off with a visit to the stunning Miracle Garden. Established in 2013 to commemorate Valentine’s Day, this expansive garden spans 72,000 square meters and boasts over 150 million flowers. Stroll through the world’s largest natural flower garden and bask in its beauty.
In the evening, prepare for a magical experience aboard the Dhow Cruise. Whether you’re traveling with your loved one or your family, the Dhow Cruise offers an enchanting setting for all. Customize your cruise experience while taking in the picturesque views and mesmerizing belly dancing performances. Return to your hotel after the cruise for a restful night’s sleep.

Day 2 : Burj Khalifa – Dubai Creek – Dubai Mall – Jumeirah Beach

On the second day of your Dubai itinerary, the focus is on visiting the most iconic tourist attractions. Our first stop is at the renowned Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. Take in the breathtaking views of the city from the observation decks located on the 124th, 125th, and 148th floors.

Next, we will head to Dubai Creek, the bustling commercial center, where you can enjoy a traditional boat ride. For those interested in luxury shopping, the Dubai Mall offers a wide selection of high-end brands. Wrap up the day by unwinding at the tranquil Jumeirah Beach, soaking in the calming waves.

Day 3 : Desert Safari

Experience the true essence of Dubai with our desert safari, a must-do for any visitor to this enchanting city. Immerse yourself in the magical golden sands of the Middle East, reminiscent of the Arabian Nights. Opt for a day trip or extend your adventure with an overnight stay in the desert, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 4 : Sharjah – Al Corniche Beach – Sharjah Natural History Museum and Desert Park

Upon arrival in Sharjah, you will be greeted by our travel representative who will escort you to your hotel. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the turquoise waters at Al Corniche Beach in Sharjah. Discover the diverse flora and fauna of the Arabian desert at the Sharjah Natural History Museum and Desert Park, where you can also interact with farm animals.

Day 5 : Mleiha Archaeological Centre – Sharjah Aquarium – Al Noor Island

On your second day in Sharjah, you will start with a visit to the Mleiha Archaeological Centre, offering a unique blend of history, culture, and nature. For those fascinated by marine life, the Sharjah Aquarium is a must-visit spot with over 250 species of aquatic life, along with mangroves, coral reefs, and lagoons to explore.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
