Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Srinagar – The Jewel of the Valley Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your hotel or traditional houseboat. After check-in, relax with a soothing Shikara ride on Dal Lake, floating past lotus gardens and charming wooden houseboats. In the evening, take a leisurely walk through the Mughal-era Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh gardens.
Day 2
Srinagar City Tour After breakfast, explore the city’s spiritual and historical highlights. Visit the Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of Srinagar. Dive into the culture with a trip to the Old City, where you can explore the bustling Lal Chowk market, wooden mosques like Jamia Masjid, and sample local delicacies like Rogan Josh and Kahwa.
Day 3
Excursion to Sonmarg – The Meadow of Gold Take a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, a valley nestled at 9,000 feet above sea level. En route, enjoy scenic drives alongside the Sindh River. In Sonmarg, you can enjoy a short pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier, a stunning spot with snow even in summer. Return to Srinagar by evening.
Day 4
Srinagar to Gulmarg – A Paradise for Snow and Meadows Drive to Gulmarg, one of the most popular destinations for adventure and beauty. Upon arrival, ride the Gondola (cable car) to the Apharwat Peak, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas. In winter, this is a ski paradise; in summer, lush green golf courses and flower-filled meadows take center stage.
Day 5
Gulmarg to Pahalgam – The Valley of Shepherds After breakfast, head toward Pahalgam, a tranquil town nestled along the Lidder River. En route, visit the Avantipur ruins and Anantnag sulfur springs. Once in Pahalgam, check in to your hotel and spend the evening relaxing or enjoying a riverside stroll.
Day 6
Pahalgam Sightseeing Spend the day exploring Pahalgam’s scenic gems. Visit Aru Valley, known for its alpine meadows and quaint hamlets, and Betaab Valley, where lush greenery meets dramatic mountainscapes. Optionally, enjoy river rafting or pony rides. The pristine air and majestic views make this day truly unforgettable.
Day 7
Return to Srinagar – Leisure and Local Markets Drive back to Srinagar and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Visit the local floating markets on Dal Lake, shop for authentic Pashmina shawls, saffron, and handmade crafts, or simply relax in your houseboat soaking in the peaceful ambiance.
Day 8
Departure from Srinagar After breakfast, check out and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, taking with you beautiful memories of Kashmir’s dreamlike valleys and warm hospitality.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
