    Day 1: Arrival in Melbourne

    Upon reaching Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, make your way to the hotel for check-in. Keep in mind that there might be an extra fee for late-night arrivals. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. The rest of the day is yours to relax and discover the city at your own pace. Enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel in Melbourne.

    Day 2: Melbourne – Half-Day City Exploration

    Start your day off right with a delectable breakfast before embarking on a half-day Melbourne City Tour. The tour offers convenient hotel pickups from 7:00 AM to 7:50 AM and is complimentary but non-refundable. The tour concludes at Federation Square by 11:45 AM.
    Following the city tour, head over to MG Gate #3, situated between light towers 1 and 2, for a guided one-hour tour of the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). These tours run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on non-event days. Alternatively, you can opt to explore the Southgate Art & Leisure Precinct or enjoy a one-hour Melbourne Yarra River Cruise, with the final departure around 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

    After completing your chosen activity, return to your hotel at your leisure. Rest assured that another comfortable night awaits you at your Melbourne accommodation.

    Day 3: Melbourne – Your Choice of a Full Day Adventure

    Today, you have the wonderful opportunity to choose a full-day Small Group (SIC) tour from a variety of exciting options. These exceptional journeys guarantee unforgettable experiences that will leave you with lasting memories of Melbourne.

    Option 1: Full Day Great Ocean Road Tour (Morning)

    Embark on a day of awe-inspiring exploration along the Great Ocean Road, starting at 8 am. Immerse yourself in the stunning natural beauty of this coastal wonder. Expect to return after 8 pm. Please note that this tour is mandatory and non-refundable.

    Option 2: Full Day Phillip Island Expedition (Afternoon)

    Starting from Federation Square at 1 pm, the Phillip Island tour offers opportunities to see penguins, kangaroos, and koalas up close. An enchanting experience awaits, with a return scheduled after 9.30 pm. Remember that this tour is compulsory and non-refundable.

    Travel back in time to the gold rush era with a morning departure at 8 am on selected days. Your return is planned for 5.30 pm. Please note that this tour is mandatory and non-refundable.

    Option 4: Full Day Puffing Billy Steam Train and Yarra Valley Wineries (Morning) – Available on Mon, Wed, Fri & Sun

    Embark on a journey at 8 am aboard the iconic Puffing Billy Steam Train and explore renowned Yarra Valley wineries like Dominique Potter and Rockford. This tour is only available on specific days and is compulsory and non-refundable.

    Option 5: Full Day Puffing Billy Steam Train, Dandenong Ranges & Asheville Wildlife Tour (Morning) – Available on Mon, Wed, Fri & Sun

    Begin your adventure at 8 am exploring the Puffing Billy Steam Train, Dandenong Ranges, and Asheville Wildlife. Please be aware that this tour is only available on specific days and is compulsory and non-refundable. After your chosen adventure, retire to your comfortable hotel room in Melbourne for a relaxing evening. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Melbourne.

    Day 4: Melbourne to Sydney

    Start your day with a delightful breakfast before checking out from the hotel in the morning. Proceed to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport via a Shared Inter-City (SIC) Transfer for flights departing before 9pm. Upon reaching Sydney Airport, transfer to your hotel for the check-in formalities. Enjoy your overnight accommodation at the hotel in Sydney.

    Day 5: Sydney Half-Day City Tour

    Join us on an enchanting morning Half-Day SIC Sydney City Tour that offers breathtaking views of iconic landmarks such as the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Along the way, you’ll also get to explore the picturesque Manly Beach and other notable attractions. It’s important to keep in mind that this tour is complimentary and non-refundable, with limited hotel pickup and no drop-off service. The tour wraps up around 11.45 am near Darling Harbour or Circular Quay, where you can easily make your way to King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour.

    Later in the day, make your way to Sea Life Aquarium at Darling Harbour to redeem your Combo 2 Pass voucher, granting you access to both the Aquarium and Sydney Tower Eye with a 4D Experience (please note that transportation to these attractions is not included). In the evening, venture independently to King Street Wharf #5, Darling Harbour, between 6.50pm – 7pm to board the Sydney ShowBoat cruise. This cruise features an Indian vegetarian dinner and standard seating, though please note that transfers are not included. After a delightful evening, return to your hotel in Sydney for an overnight stay.

    Day 6: Sydney – A Day of Full Tour Splendour

    Begin your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a Full Day SIC Tour chosen from the following options. Please note that there are only nine specified pickup locations, so ensure you are punctual and familiar with your hotel’s location.

    Option 1: Join the Full Day SIC Blue Mountains Tour, which includes a visit to a Wildlife Park and exciting Scenic Rides at Scenic World. The tour starts at 8 am daily and ends at 6 pm. Hotel pickup is mandatory and limited, with no refunds available.

    Option 2: Alternatively, you can select the Full Day SIC Blue Mountains Tour, which not only features the Wildlife Park visit but also includes a delicious lunch and thrilling Scenic Rides. Departure time is at 8 am daily, finishing at 6 pm. Similar to the first option, hotel pickup is compulsory, limited, and non-refundable. You will return to your Sydney hotel to reminisce about the day’s adventures.

    Day 7: Farewell to Sydney

    Start your day with a delicious breakfast before saying goodbye to your cozy accommodation. Complete the check-out process at your hotel and make your way to Sydney Airport for your onward journey or return trip home. The memorable experiences from your time in Sydney will surely stay with you forever.

    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
