Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Hyderabad
Upon reaching Hyderabad Railway Station, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and assist you in reaching your hotel. After completing the check-in process, you are free to relax and enjoy the remainder of your day at your leisure.
Day 2: Ramoji Film City
On today’s itinerary, you will explore Ramoji Film City, the largest theme park and amusement park in Hyderabad. This renowned destination also holds the title of the world’s largest film studio complex, as officially recognized by the Guinness World Records. Following your exploration of this impressive theme park, you can retreat to your hotel for the evening.
Day 3: Snow World – NTR Gardens – Hussain Sagar Lake
On the third day of your itinerary in Hyderabad, you will have the opportunity to visit some of the city’s top tourist spots. Begin your day at Snow World, an amusement park offering activities such as ice skating, ice boarding, and snow slides. Next, make your way to NTR Gardens, a scenic urban park. Finally, conclude your day with a visit to Hussain Sagar Lake, the largest artificial lake in Asia known for its distinctive heart shape.
Day 4: Hyderabad – Visakhapatnam
Start your day with a hearty breakfast and indulge in some shopping. Following this, head over to the railway station in Hyderabad to catch a train to Visakhapatnam. Upon arrival at your hotel in Visakhapatnam, take the opportunity to unwind and relax for the remainder of the day.
Day 5: Ramakrishna Beach – Kali Temple – Visakha Museum – Victory at Sea War Memorial
Indulge in a delightful breakfast before embarking on a journey to explore the many attractions of Visakhapatnam. Take a leisurely stroll along Ramakrishna Beach, located on the eastern coast of the Bay of Bengal.
Immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of the Kali Temple, a sacred place dedicated to Goddess Kali, built in 1984. Adorned with minarets, domes, and towering pillars, the temple’s foundation was initially a bamboo structure.
Make your way to the Visakha Museum, home to a collection of artifacts and historical treasures from the Kalingandhra region. Conclude your day with a visit to the Victory at Sea War Memorial, a tribute to the brave soldiers who valiantly fought in the Indo-Pak war of 1971.
Day 6: Depart Visakhapatnam
After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, venture out to explore other popular attractions in Visakhapatnam. Begin your day at VUDA Park, a great destination for family outings. Here, you can partake in swimming and boating activities and even take a camel or horse ride.
For a fun and educational experience with your children, visit the Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary. This sanctuary is home to a variety of rare plant and animal species, such as bush plum trees, golden shower trees, neem trees, Indian jackals, leopards, and wild dogs. Afterward, head to Rushikonda and Kailasagiri for some shopping before catching your train back home.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
