Day 1

Arrival in NJP/Bagdogra – Transfer to Darjeeling On arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), you’ll be greeted by our representative and driven to Darjeeling (approx. 3–4 hours). Enjoy the scenic drive through lush tea estates and winding mountain roads. Upon reaching, check into your hotel and spend the evening strolling along Mall Road, soaking in the hill station vibes. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 2

Darjeeling Sightseeing – Sunrise to Sunset Start your day early with a visit to Tiger Hill for a spectacular sunrise over the snow-capped peaks of Kangchenjunga. On the way back, stop at the historic Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, explore attractions like the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, and Japanese Peace Pagoda. In the afternoon, visit a local tea estate to witness tea-making and sample fresh brews. Overnight in Darjeeling.

Day 3

Darjeeling to Gangtok – Capital of Sikkim After breakfast, check out and drive to Gangtok (approx. 4–5 hours). Enjoy mesmerizing views of the Teesta River and the Eastern Himalayas along the way. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, explore MG Marg, Gangtok’s lively pedestrian street lined with cafés, boutiques, and local eateries. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 4

Full-Day Gangtok Excursion – Monasteries & Mountains Begin with a visit to the Tsomgo Lake, a glacial lake located at 12,310 ft and surrounded by snowy peaks. Later, pay homage at the Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple, built in memory of an Indian Army soldier. Return to Gangtok by evening. If time permits, visit Enchey Monastery and enjoy panoramic views from Tashi Viewpoint. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 5

Departure from Gangtok to NJP/Bagdogra After breakfast, bid farewell to the hills and begin your return journey to Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station with beautiful memories of tea gardens, monasteries, and Himalayan tranquility. Tour ends, but your connection with the mountains stays forever.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
