Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Geneva
Upon arrival in Geneva, our tour representatives will be waiting to welcome you at the airport and transport you to your hotel. After completing the check-in process, you will have the remainder of the day to relax and explore at your leisure. Enjoy an overnight stay at a luxurious hotel in Geneva.
Day 2: Geneva City Tour
Visit the Geneva Bus Station to embark on a comprehensive full-day city tour. Begin your day with a visit to the headquarters of prominent international organizations such as the WHO, UNHR, the ILO, and the CERN. Explore iconic landmarks including the Geneva Water Fountain and the Flower Clock. Immerse yourself in Geneva’s rich history by hopping on a mini train for a guided tour, followed by a leisurely walk through the charming Old Town.
Day 3: Geneva – Interlaken
Board the Swiss Rail from Geneva to Interlaken and marvel at the breathtaking scenery of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains along the journey. It’s no surprise that this route is ranked among the top 15 most scenic train rides in Switzerland. Upon arrival at your hotel, check-in and then have the remainder of the day to relax and explore at your own pace.
Day 4: Interlaken – Jungfrau
On the fourth day of your itinerary, take a train from Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald. From Grindelwald, embark on a scenic cogwheel train ride to Jungfraujoch, passing through the picturesque Kleine Scheidegg Pass. Jungfraujoch boasts the title of being the highest railway station globally, situated at an impressive altitude of 3,454 meters. It offers unparalleled views of the Bernese Alps. While at Jungfraujoch, be sure to take in the breathtaking sight of the Aletsch Glacier, the largest glacier in the Alps, and explore the fascinating Ice Palace.
Day 5: Interlaken – Lucerne
Explore Interlaken in the morning before catching your train to Lucerne. Upon arrival, our team will assist you in reaching your hotel. Once you’ve checked in, take the opportunity to relax or indulge in some shopping. Lucerne offers a prime location for exploring the Alps and nearby historical landmarks.
Day 6: Lucerne – Mt. Titlis
On Day 6 of the tour, you will embark on a journey to Mount Titlis via a luxurious motor coach departing from the Lucerne Tourist Station. Mount Titlis stands as the highest peak in Central Switzerland, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. The itinerary also includes a stop at Engelberg, a charming mountain resort. Experience the unique Rotair revolving cable car ride in Engelberg, providing a stunning 360-degree perspective of the Swiss landscape. Explore various attractions in the vicinity of Mount Titlis before returning to your accommodation in Lucerne for the night. Enjoy the remainder of the evening at your leisure.
Day 7: Lucerne – Zurich – National Museum – Lake Zurich
Depart from your accommodation in Lucerne and embark on a train journey to Zurich. Once you have completed the check-in process, you will begin a delightful city exploration. Highlights of the tour include visits to the National Museum, Lake Zurich, University of Zurich, Kunsthaus Zurich, St. Peter’s Church, Old Town, Grossmunster Church, and the Opera House.
Day 8: Depart from Zurich
Refrain from your hotel and proceed to the airport to catch your return flight home.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
