    Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival in Melbourne

    Upon reaching Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, you will be taken to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to relax and enjoy at your own pace. You will spend the night at your hotel in Melbourne.

    Day 2: Melbourne – Half-Day City Exploration

    This morning, embark on an engaging half-day city tour of Melbourne. Hotel pickups are available between 7:00 and 7:50 AM. After the tour, you have two appealing options: you can explore the history of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) with a guided 1-hour tour, offered between 10:00 and 15:00 on non-event dates, or you can take a relaxing stroll to the Southgate Art & Leisure Precinct and enjoy a delightful 1-hour Melbourne Yarra River cruise, with the final departure at 15:00-15:30. Return to the hotel at your own pace and unwind in Melbourne for the evening.

    Day 3: Melbourne – Full Day Great Ocean Road Adventure

    Today, you have the option to choose between two full-day SIC tours. The morning tour explores the Great Ocean Road, departing at 08:00 and concluding at 20:00, promising a memorable experience. Alternatively, you can select the afternoon tour to Phillip Island, departing at 13:00 and returning after 21:30, offering the opportunity to witness penguins, kangaroos, and koalas. After enjoying your chosen tour, you can return to your Melbourne hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.

    Day 4: Melbourne to Brisbane, and onto Tangalooma

    Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast before saying goodbye to your Melbourne hotel in the early morning. Make your way to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport for an early flight to Brisbane, ensuring you reach Brisbane International Airport by 0730 or the Domestic Airport by 0840. Upon arrival, head to Brisbane Holt Street Wharf where you will check-in at 0930 and board the 1000 Tangalooma Launch to Moreton Island.

    Once you arrive at Tangalooma Island Resort (depending on weather and tides), the remainder of your day is yours to enjoy a variety of optional island activities. In the evening, be sure not to miss the enchanting Wild Dolphin Feeding program (weather and tides permitting). You will spend the night at the comfortable Tangalooma hotel.

    Day 5: Tangalooma to Gold Coast

    As the day begins, it is time to depart from your Tangalooma lodging and get ready for an exhilarating experience: the Desert Safari & Sand Tobogganing Tour. In the evening, board the 1600 hours ferry back to Brisbane Holt Street Wharf. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the Gold Coast by Hotel Conxions SIC, who will also facilitate the check-in procedure. Relax and unwind with a restful night at your Gold Coast accommodation.

    Day 6: Gold Coast – Dream World

    Experience a thrilling day of adventure at Dream World, an exciting paradise of fun and excitement. As night falls, unwind in the luxury of your hotel for an overnight stay in the vibrant heart of Gold Coast.

    Day 7: Gold Coast – Half Day City Tour

    Experience the wonders of Australian wildlife with a Half Day visit to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary in the morning. Then, in the afternoon, embark on a Half Day adventure at SeaWorld, a marine paradise on the Gold Coast filled with thrilling rides, fascinating animal displays, and a strong focus on wildlife preservation. As the day comes to a close, head back to your hotel for another peaceful night on the beautiful Gold Coast.

    Day 8: Gold Coast – Movie World

    Experience a full day of excitement at Movie World, where movie magic becomes reality. Enjoy a wide range of thrilling movie-themed rides and attractions, including intense motion simulators, exhilarating roller coasters, and relaxing river rides. Your day will be packed with non-stop entertainment. After the sun sets, unwind with a peaceful night at your hotel in the lively city of Gold Coast.

    Day 9: Gold Coast to Cairns

    Begin your day by checking out of your accommodation in the morning. You will then be transferred to Brisbane/Gold Coast Airport to catch your flight to Cairns. Upon arrival at Cairns Airport, you will be seamlessly transported to your hotel for a smooth check-in experience. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Spend the night at your hotel in Cairns. (Breakfast provided)

    Day 10: Cairns – Big Cat Cruise to Green Island

    Embark on an exciting full-day adventure with the Big Cat Cruise to the stunning Green Island Reef. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch and choose from activities like a semi-submarine tour or a mesmerizing glass-bottom boat ride to explore the underwater world. For a more immersive experience, opt for snorkeling gear to encounter the enchanting marine life.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
