    Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival in Beijing

    Upon commencing your journey, you will embark on a flight to China, arriving at Beijing Capital International Airport. Upon landing, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and promptly escort you to your assigned hotel. Following your travels, take a moment to unwind and discover the city at your leisure. In the evening, you may opt to attend an Acrobatic show; it is important to mention that this selection does not encompass meals.

    Day 2: Exploring Beijing

    Start your day with a fulfilling breakfast at your hotel before embarking on a thorough city tour. Highlights of the tour will include visits to the Summer Palace, the Marble Boat, a Pearl Shop, and the intricately painted Long Corridor. Make sure not to miss the chance to see the grandeur of Tian’anmen Square, which is known as the world’s largest square.
    Next, head to the Forbidden City, where the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties reigned for over 500 years. You can also opt for a Hutong tour or a Rickshaw tour to immerse yourself in the local culture. The tour will then take you to Houhai, a bustling area in the heart of Beijing famous for its vibrant nightlife with a variety of bars, cafes, and restaurants to choose from. In the evening, you have the opportunity to attend the Kongku show.

    Wrap up your day with a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant before heading back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

    Day 3: Beijing

    Start your day off right with a satisfying breakfast before setting out on a city tour of Beijing. Your first destination will be the Longdi Jade Shop, where you can delve into the fascinating world of Chinese Jade culture. Following that, make your way to the historic Great Wall at Juyong Pass, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its impressive defensive structures. In the afternoon, take in the sights of the iconic Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. An Indian dinner box will be provided for your evening meal. Conclude the day by returning to the Railway Station for an overnight train ride to Xian.

    Day 4: Xian – Arrival at 08:09 by Z19

    Upon arriving at Shanghai Hongqiao railway station, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and accompany you to your hotel. Following a short break, you will embark on a historical journey by visiting the impressive Terra Cotta Warriors, a renowned collection that dates back over 2000 years and is part of Emperor Qin’s underground mausoleum. Later in the day, you will have the opportunity to explore a ceramic shop and the Shaanxi Historical Museum, where you can appreciate stunning bronzes and porcelain artifacts. Additionally, you may choose to attend a captivating Tang Dynasty performance featuring traditional Chinese dance and music. To conclude the day, enjoy a delightful meal at an Indian restaurant before retiring to your hotel for the night.

    Day 5: Xi’an to Hangzhou

    Experience the comfort of the Z88/Z85 train with a deluxe berth, departing at 1948 and reaching your destination at 1213 the next day.

    Start your day by checking out from your hotel and venturing to the bustling Big Wild Goose Pagoda square, famous for its traditional architecture featuring intricately carved beams and beautifully painted rafters. Next, explore the vibrant Muslim Bazaar, located just 100 meters west of the Bell Tower. Here, you’ll find a range of souvenir shops, unique market stalls, and cozy bars run by the local Muslim community. Enjoy a delicious Indian dinner box before boarding the train station for an overnight journey to Shanghai.

    Day 6: Explore Hangzhou

    When you arrive at Hangzhou Railway Station, our tour representatives will greet you and help with your transfer to the Flower and Fishpond. Experience a scenic boat ride on West Lake and explore a Hangzhou silk shop. Later in the evening, savor an Indian dinner at the same venue.

    Day 7: Hangzhou to Shanghai by Car

    Commence your day by checking out from the hotel at 10:00 AM. Your itinerary starts with a visit to the Lingyin Temple, where you can receive blessings. Following this, you will embark on a car journey to Shanghai. Upon reaching your destination, take some time to explore People Square and Nanjing Road for shopping opportunities. You also have the option to tour the Madame Tussauds wax museum in Shanghai.

    Continue your day with a visit to the picturesque Yuyuan Garden, where you can appreciate the Nine Zig Zag Bridge, the Golden Fishpond, and a variety of bridges and pavilions. Make sure to also explore the bustling Yu Market and Taoist temple in Shanghai. An optional evening program is available from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

    In the evening, delve into the vibrant nightlife of Xintiandi, renowned for its energetic music and dance scene. Wrap up the day with a meal at an Indian restaurant before heading back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

    Day 8: Shanghai

    Begin your day with an early visit to the esteemed Jade Buddha Temple, known as the most prominent Buddhist temple in Shanghai. Enjoy a relaxing break at a tea shop, indulging in a flavorful cup of tea. Afterwards, proceed to Taobao City for a shopping excursion. In the afternoon, you may choose to explore the Shanghai Aquarium, available for visits after 4:00 PM. In the evening, venture to the Bund and ascend to the 2nd level of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower for panoramic views. As an added option, you may also consider partaking in a Huangpu River Cruise.

    Day 9: Shanghai to India – by International Flight

    Indulge in a relaxed morning and savor breakfast at your leisure. Afterward, you will be chauffeured to the International Airport for your return flight. Alternatively, you may opt for a unique experience by taking the Maglev Train to Pudong Airport.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
