Day 1: Arrival at Seoul
Upon your arrival at Incheon Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a knowledgeable guide. Relax during a smooth transfer to your hotel, where you can rejuvenate and relax. In the evening, take the opportunity to wander through the lively streets of Seoul at your leisure.
Explore the vibrant energy of Myeongdong street, known for its bustling shopping district, or opt to visit Itaewon street, renowned for its diverse selection of bars and restaurants. The decision is yours to fully enjoy your evening. Retire for a peaceful night’s rest at your centrally located hotel in Seoul.
Day 2: Exploring Seoul – A Day of City Wonders with a Delightful Lunch
Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before embarking on an exciting city tour with a delicious lunch on a Seat in Coach. At 09:00, a friendly guide will pick you up from your hotel. Enjoy a leisurely journey passing by Joggye Buddhist Temple and the iconic Blue House, the official residence of the Korean President. Explore the splendor of Gyeongbok Palace and witness the enchanting Royal Guard Changing Ceremony.
Continue your journey with a leisurely stroll through the charming Insadong antique shopping street, followed by a delightful lunch at a local restaurant. After recharging, visit a shopping center showcasing Korean Ginseng or Amethyst treasures. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Namdaemun Traditional Market and admire the historical charm of Changdeok Palace. As the day draws to a close, return to your hotel at 17:00 for a well-deserved rest. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in the heart of Seoul.
Day 3: Seoul – DMZ Half Day Tour
Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast before embarking on an intriguing half-day tour of the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). The tour takes place from 08:00 to 14:00, excluding Mondays and holidays, and does not include lunch (Passport Required).
At 07:50, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin your day. The tour includes stops at Imjingak Park, an ID check at Unification Bridge, and a visit to the DMZ theatre and exhibition hall. You will also explore the 3rd Tunnel, Dora Observatory, Dorasan Station, and have the opportunity to visit an Amethyst or Ginseng shop. The tour ends at 14:00 with a drop-off at Itaewon street. Please note that you will need to arrange your own transportation back to the hotel via taxi or subway after exploring the street.
For those interested in further exploration, there are optional tours available:
Nami Island & Petit France (optional, $140 per person) – This shared tour runs from 09:00 to 17:00 and includes a pick-up from the hotel at 09:00. You will visit Nami Island, Petit France, and have time for shopping at Ginseng and Amethyst stores. Nami Island is famous for its appearance in the drama Winter Sonata, while Petit France is a picturesque village with a French-style ambiance featured in the drama My Love from the Star.
Everland (optional, $140 per person) – Another exciting option from 09:00 to 17:00 is a trip to Everland, a large outdoor theme park owned by Samsung. The package includes transportation and entrance fees. End your day with an overnight stay at your hotel in Seoul.
Day 4: From Seoul to Tranquil Jeju Island
Following a satisfying breakfast, you will embark on a morning flight to the charming Jeju Island, known for its tranquil beauty. Upon reaching your destination, you can check in to your selected hotel and relax after your journey. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and discover the island at your leisure.
Day 5: Discovering the Charm of Eastern Jeju
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast before starting an exciting day tour of the Eastern region of Jeju Island, available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Participate in a group tour for a magical horse-riding adventure, visit the Horse Museum (perfect for rainy days), and discover the vibrant traditions of Seongup Folk Village for a genuine glimpse into local culture. Head back to your hotel in Jeju for a tranquil overnight stay.
Day 6: Farewell to Jeju Island
Say goodbye to Jeju Island as you board an early morning flight returning to Seoul. Experience a smooth transition from Seoul Domestic Airport to Incheon Airport for your trip back home.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
