Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Haridwar – Drive to Barkot Your sacred adventure begins in Haridwar, one of India’s holiest cities. After a warm welcome, drive through the picturesque hills of Mussoorie to reach Barkot, a peaceful town surrounded by apple orchards and pine forests. On the way, stop by Kempty Falls for some refreshing mountain mist. Check into your hotel and relax, preparing for the days ahead.
Day 2
Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot Today begins your first pilgrimage to Yamunotri, the source of the sacred Yamuna River. A short drive to Janki Chatti is followed by a 6 km trek through fragrant forests and mountain trails. After a holy dip in Surya Kund’s thermal waters, visit the Yamunotri Temple and offer prayers. The return trek and drive back to Barkot complete your day. Overnight at Barkot.
Day 3
Barkot to Uttarkashi After breakfast, drive through winding mountain roads to Uttarkashi, located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Visit the ancient Kashi Vishwanath Temple, a center of devotion and spiritual energy. Enjoy the quiet serenity of the region and unwind for the night.
Day 4
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi Early in the morning, head out for a full-day excursion to Gangotri, the origin of the holy Ganga River. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and dense deodar trees, the Gangotri Temple offers a surreal spiritual experience. After seeking blessings and exploring the beautiful surroundings, return to Uttarkashi for a restful night.
Day 5
Uttarkashi to Guptkashi Begin your scenic drive to Guptkashi, nestled in the Mandakini valley. This serene town offers views of Chaukhamba Peak and is home to the revered Ardh Narishwar Temple. Enjoy the changing mountain vistas as you settle in for the evening.
Day 6
Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath A spiritually charged day awaits. Drive to Gaurikund and start the 16 km trek to Kedarnath, one of the holiest shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. Surrounded by snow-clad peaks, the Kedarnath Temple stands as a symbol of faith and resilience. Attend the evening aarti for a deeply moving experience. Overnight stay in Kedarnath.
Day 7
Kedarnath – Return to Guptkashi Wake up to the peaceful chants and mountain dawn. After darshan and breakfast, trek back to Gaurikund and proceed to Guptkashi for a night of rest and rejuvenation.
Day 8
Guptkashi to Badrinath Drive through scenic mountain routes to reach Badrinath, the abode of Lord Vishnu. On arrival, bathe in the hot springs of Tapt Kund and visit the colorful Badrinath Temple, nestled between Nar and Narayan mountains. Spend your evening soaking in the spiritual charm of this revered site.
Day 9
Badrinath – Sightseeing – Drive to Rudraprayag Explore the mystic village of Mana, the last Indian settlement before the Tibet border. Visit Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Bhim Pul, each with its own mythological significance. Later, drive to Rudraprayag, the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.
Day 10
Rudraprayag to Rishikesh After breakfast, depart for Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. Explore Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and take part in the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat, where lamps float on the river and chants fill the air. Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 11
Rishikesh to Haridwar Take a morning stroll along the ghats, soaking in the spiritual energy of the town. Drive back to Haridwar, stopping to explore Har Ki Pauri, a sacred bathing ghat. Enjoy a peaceful evening by the river. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 12
Departure from Haridwar After breakfast, bid farewell to the Himalayas with your heart full of divine blessings and memories. Transfer to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
Tour Information
- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
