Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

Upon your arrival at Mohamed V airport in Casablanca, you will receive a warm welcome and be escorted to your hotel. Check-in at the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Casablanca. Indulge in a delightful dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Casablanca to Rabat – Discovering the Capitals

Embark on an enchanting journey through the vibrant cities of Morocco, starting with a detailed city tour of Casablanca, the country’s bustling economic center. Marvel at the captivating sights from the comfort of your coach, including the Medina, Mohammed V square, United Nations square, Central Market, Habbous quarter, Royal Palace, and Anfa residential area.
Gaze at the majestic Hassan II Mosque from the outside and take in the scenic Ain Diab Cornice, adorned with charming swimming pools and exquisite dining establishments.

In the afternoon, our expedition takes us to Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco. Explore the Imperial Garden City renowned for its historic landmarks. Wander through the Oudayas garden, marvel at the impressive Hassan Tower and Mausoleum, and admire the imposing ramparts and walls of the Mechouar surrounding the Royal Palace.

Day 3: Rabat to Meknes and Fes

Today, our itinerary takes us to Meknes, known as the Moroccan Versailles, established by Moulay Ismail in the late 17th century, coinciding with the reign of Louis XIV. Our excursion will feature a tour of the famous Bab El Mansour, recognized as one of Morocco’s most impressive gateways. Additionally, you have the choice to venture through Meknes or visit the sacred city of Moulay Idriss, overlooking the historic remnants of Volubilis. Our next destination is Fes, where you will check in to your accommodation for the evening.

Day 4: Fes

Today, our focus is on immersing ourselves in the rich history of Fes, the oldest of Morocco’s Imperial Cities, known for its significant spiritual and educational impact on Moroccan culture. We will explore the medieval Medina, soaking in its historical allure, and meander through the famous souks, where talented artisans uphold the timeless oriental craft tradition. A leisurely lunch will be enjoyed before we embark on the afternoon sightseeing activities. The day will conclude with an overnight stay at a hotel in Fes.

Day 5: Fes to Marrakech

Begin your day by indulging in a fresh breakfast, before embarking on your journey towards Marrakech. Along the route, you will encounter some enchanting destinations. Your first stop will be at Immouzer du Kandar, a charming Berber village. Next, you will explore Ifrane, a picturesque ski resort renowned for its beauty. Continuing on, you will reach Azrou, another Berber village celebrated for its wood carving and carpet weaving cooperative.

As the day unfolds, you will progress towards Marrakech, arriving in the late afternoon to check into your hotel. Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay in the vibrant heart of Marrakech.

Day 6: Marrakech – City Exploration

Today, we invite you to explore the enchanting city of Marrakech, known as the Pearl of the South and the second-oldest Imperial City. Founded by the Almoravides in the late 11th century, Marrakech is situated in a lush oasis at the foot of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Your itinerary will feature visits to iconic sites such as the Saadian Tombs, Menara Gardens, Koutoubia Mosque, and the exquisite Bahia Palace. Following a relaxed lunch, you will continue your journey with a leisurely walk through the bustling markets and a stop at the renowned Jemaa El Fna square. Your overnight accommodation will be at a hotel in Marrakech.

Day 7: Marrakech to Casablanca

Experience a relaxing morning, whether you choose to wander through the bustling souks or relax at the poolside of your hotel. Enjoy a leisurely lunch in Marrakech at your own convenience. In the afternoon, travel to Casablanca for an overnight stay at your hotel. Both breakfast and dinner are included in your stay.

Day 8: Farewell Casablanca

Start your day with breakfast as you prepare to check out of your hotel and head to the airport for your return flight.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
